The staff is very kind and helpful. They will go out of their way to help a guest.
Pros:

The small stuff means alot: gave us two bottles of water and invited us to use a special fountain of purified water to refill them. A laundry room on 2nd floor. Good breakfast. A business center. Good internet connection.

Just off major roads, near where I was attending a conference, and food on site was amazing. Lots of parking. Clean.

Didn’t sleep much. And don’t likegettting locked in
Pros:

Nice restaurant in hotel. Staff was kind at hotel. Rooms were clean although outdated.

Cons:

We got locked in our room. Had to call the front desk to get a screwdriver to remove the flip lock so we could get out. Then later during the night the fire alarm went off and everyone in building was flooding outside. Was a rough night

The Best Western was a convenient, warm, and much appreciated stay on a very cold night in the city.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of the basics, but the food was good. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays.

Cons:

My only comment was that the facility is beginning to show some wear. Carpeting in the hallways was worn. The extra amenities like coffee and tea were nice, but the coffee machine was not working.

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff (Sarah, Helen, Olivia, Joshua), Clean, attractive, quiet, great pizza restaurant adjoins the property

FANTASTIC! The location was nice and quiet, close to shopping center and interstate, the managers and staff were friendly and helpful, hotel lobby and room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast had a good selection - loved the pancake machine! A very safe and relaxing environment.

Average Hotel in a Convenient Location
Pros:

This was our first visit to this hotel, which was in a convenient location for our travel plans. It appears that they have expanded over the years, so some parts of the building(s) were older than others. Our room lacked convenient electrical receptacles compared to more modern rooms. The air conditioning unit was right next to the bed, and noisy (air turbulence sound). The shower pressure was poor (second floor), Breakfast was basic. The hotel staff were friendly.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Check in/out staff very pleasant and helpful. Room location area very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues with anything in the room. Breakfast was same and typical of stays that include complimentary breakfast. Hotel was easy to find and I liked the look of the place. I feel the price paid was average for our stay.
