Is in renovation right now

I called a week in advance requesting an inside room, explained traveling with newborn. I do customer service myself, so I always try to be polite. It seems they purposely placed us on the end with the crackheads, rather than the motel guests. There was some guy that sat in his truck by the door we used the whole wknd, 24 hours, just sitting there. The hot water only worked half the time. Had to microwave water to wash baby bottles. When I opened ac lid to adjust, black stuff fell off. See below pic of tp holder in bathroom. We stayed here a year ago and it seemed decently taken care of then, but not now.

The hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The doors are raggedy has an awful smell. The owner of this building needs to have a wake up call he should be ashamed of himself and that’s sad cause I know he wouldn’t let his own mother live there.

Staff was great.Breakfast was very good.Room was very musty smelling, no extra toilet paper,Hand soap was empty, didn’t replace hand towels or coffee when they cleaned the room. Excessive smoke smell of cigarettes and pot in the middle of the night burnt my nose it was so strong. Will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and quiet room. Needs updated and maintenance.

It was great

The entrance and lobby area were good. The hotel is an older building with no signage on or in front of the building. Coming from the elevator you went down a slope, around a curve until you got to a hall where the rooms were. The room looked ok. I was going to be staying there with 3 kids and, I’m sorry to say, I didn’t feel safe enough to do that. The employees were very nice and friendly but they would have been very far away from the room. Again, I was not feeling safe.

Needs updated. Over priced for age and condition

Rooms were clean & updated no complimentary breakfast couldn’t use the pools or indoor water after 8 pm. Could not swim after 8 pm at the resort which was very disappointing for me and my husband

It was a decent place. Was nothing like the pictures on the website. Would def recommend when booking with children don’t set a couple with a 16 yr old next to them. The room next door there kids were so loud! Stayed up late and was up early ! Please keep that in mind. Otherwise not to bad. Just don’t go by what pictures is posted.

The bathtub was clogged up with a lot of hair in it. We had to clean it out in order to shower. Breakfast was good and coffee was fresh daily

Staff were nice and helpful unfortunately the facilities were not satisfactory my room had roaches and bedbugs

Totally misconcived about room and condition of it. The main reason I went with the suite there was told I would have a balcony. No balcony its blocked off and I could only imagine the condition of the upstairs. Breakfast was OK, nothing worth bragging about thats for sure.
