Decent but inconvenienced.
Pros:

The venue is nice, and I have stayed before. Nice rooms, good gym and friendly staff.

Cons:

A cancellation over burst pipes made this stay difficult. I was relocated to another Radisson Blu (Convention Centre), a 40 minute drive from where I needed to be, but I still paid the higher price for the hotel in the Diplomatic Quarter. Little thought was put into looking to accommodate me in a nearby hotel from a different chain, but the primary concern being that I stayed in a Radisson Hotel, even if over charged and an inconvenience. This meant I had to commute back and forth and check in and out of multiple hotels. No discount mentioned, no compensation (even a reduced rate for a future stay / free meal in the restaurant) offered. I will look at other hotels in the area in future.

A decent experience with great staff, but the lack of cleanliness and poor food quality don't reflect a true 5-star
Pros:

The service staff were the highlight; the valet was efficient and the reception team was very welcoming. While the gym was a bit small, it was well-maintained. Most importantly, the bedding was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The housekeeping in the room was disappointing. Upon moving the sofa to lay down my prayer mat, I found old food debris and visible stains on the carpet that clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Additionally, the dining was restrictive; the food quality was poor and there was a lack of variety or flexibility in the options provided.
