Ich bin Merseburgerin, und wünsche mir ein Hotelwelches seine hohen Ansprüche auch in meiner Heimat umsetzt.
Pros:

Hervorzuheben sind das freundliche und kompetente Personal, ob im Service, Küche bis zu den Zimmermädchen. Top!Frühstück sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur, keine Klimatisierung, durchgesessene Polster in der Lobby, im Zimmer machen die Zimmer generell einen abgewohnten , nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Eindruck.

Oudbollig hotel, en geen klimaat installatie. Was extreem heet en geen koeling. Op de kamer ongedierte, torretjes, en een kakerlak

Unsere Adresse für Aufenthalte in Merseburg, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Top Lage, schönes Hotel in wundervollem Abiente, Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, toller Blick von der Terasse, freundliches Personal

Cons:

-Parkplatz angefragt, steht beim Buchen unter den ganzen Ausstattungsdingen dabei, bei Anreise dann gibt es dann doch keinen, das hat letztes Jahr besser geklappt
-Bar nur bis 23 Uhr offen, schön wäre es nach der Rückkehr vom Fest ins Hotel noch einen Cocktail trinken zu können
-Preis/Leistung ohne Parken passt nicht, aber es ist halt 1.Reihe
-Terasse toll und riesig, leider immer noch lockere Fließen wie letztes Jahr, Stolperfalle und auch der Sonnenschirm fehlt immer noch, aber bequemere Stühle wurden angeschafft

Für ein 4Sterne Hotel enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Abendessen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat in nur 6 Business-Zimmern eine Klimaanlage - in normalen Zimmern war es zu heiß, um zu schlafen. Also Fenster auf - Hotel erlaubte Gästen bis weit nach Mitternacht, sich auf der Terrasse laut zu unterhalten - Einschlafen unmöglich.
Duschvorhang war so mangelhaft befestigt, daß man die Stange mit Vorhang ins Genick bekam, wenn man duschte.
Hoher Wanneneinstieg ohne Festhaltemöglichkeit - Rutschgefahr.
Föhn in extra Beutel an der Wand, sehr schwer.

Tolle Lage direkt am Schlossgarten. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend, mein Zimmer war hell, gemütlich und sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls toll.

Cons:

Klitzekleiner Minuspunkt ist der Preis für den Parkplatz ( 15,-€ /Tag)
