Ibis Jakarta Arcadia

I had really bad experience with this hotel, it’s doesn’t look as good/clean as the pictures. First of all my sheets bed there’s stained on it, the toilet really dirty and the sink as well, there’s a lot of dirty on it. The hairdryer doesn’t work and THERES COCKROACH IN MY ROOM. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

The hotel staff was very helpful.

The hotel was great. The staff were very polite, professional, and hospitable. There are some good restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel, and the hotel is somewhat near the train station. Additionally, there are taxis waiting outside the street, and taxis drive by often, so finding a ride is pretty easy. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that they do not provide hand soap. They have combined shampoo/body wash in a dispenser in the shower, but that's it. Overall, the hotel is a very good deal for the money.

The shower drain and sink drain do not drain at all.

The A/C unit leask water all night. I had to sleep with the water dropping sound all night long.

The bed sheet had stains. The stain was facing up the ceiling thus it should have been noticed by the staff but they did not change it.

Location is the main key to this hotel. Customer service and breakfast also adds up.

The hotel has some age in it and a renovation would make it even better and pleasing to the customers eyes.

Location is good as it is close to indonesia monument and other places such as grand indoensia shopping mall complex.

If you have stayed at an Ibis, you know what to expect, and this place delivers the Ibis experience. Of course, this is Southeast Asia, so it delivers a bit more. There is an on-call massage service based in the hotel. Depending on how far you flew to get to Jakarta, a massage might sound like a nice idea, or it might sound like exactly what the doctor ordered. Restaurant is breakfast only, and is good.

All good and great service

Rooms are old. Breakfast also not upto the mark. Staying alone for short days is Okay, Otherwise not recommended for family or business trip or long staying.

City view looks beautiful.

Fantastic location, friendly service. Sound proof despite in good location. Limited front office staff so queue might be expected during check in time. Cleanliness could be improved and more maintanance will be great in bathroom area.

Near to almost everything, perfect location

Overall it was a good stay. Stayed for 3 nights and everything is very near to the hotel. Food/shopping/coffee etc.

Location is excellent. Close to bus stop, easy to travel North or South. Also, there is a lot to see and do within walking distance.

Our room only had one power socket, even though the room was for two people. This made it very difficult to charge our phones and use a laptop.

Clean but a bit old. Overall it’s not too bad cos the location is good

Hotel room cleanliness is average. The biggest problem was bed bugs which bite my legs. Also, buffet food is quickly out of stocks. even ordering ala carte was out of stocks for most items. But receptionist were all very helpful.

Some staff can hardly speak English, some others are fine. Location is good.

A first class facility. Quiet! Spacious and clean and well-furnished room. Good Internet link. Excellent airport shuttle service. They prepared a breakfast-in-a-bag for me since I had to leave for the airport before breakfast hours had begun. Highly recommended.
