Heart of downtown
Pros:

My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. I liked the colour combination in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Parking is across the street and it is free. Close proximity to all restaurants and taxation office. Would stay here again

Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel wherever I am in Sudbury and they always take care of me. I am best western Diamond member and they always give me upgrades. Vina is very helpful and knowledgeable. My room is clean and I love their coffee blend. Keepuprhe good work. Thank you

I will switch to Best western for future stays in Sudbury.
Pros:

The climate control was quiet and effective. The mattress felt new and very supportive yet comfortable. The receptionist in the morning inquired what my route was as she was making anyone going to Toronto aware of a closure on the 400. I got points for my stay and free breakfast.

Cons:

Shampoo was not great.

Worst experience ever! Booking.com hung up on us. Not at all helpful
Pros:

I travel a lot and this was the worst experience ever! I will never use Best Western again or booking.com

Cons:

We arrived October 3 to 4, Booking.com made a mistake with the date, we were charged 160, then 425 and the clerk made a mistake and charged us 425.00 again. We are trying to get this money back. We arrived home to Vancouver on October 11 and we received notice that we were staying at this hotel For Nov 2-3 We called multiple times to the hotel and booking.com, they said it was a glitch in the system and that it defaulted to that date. Booking.com called the hotel who said they couldn't do anything for us. Terrible experience all around! My accounts are on hold because I don't trust that money will be taken. It's clear we were not at this location. The location was scary. The free breakfast was inedible.

The free breakfast was the only thing to be enjoyed...

Cons:

There was a cockroach that went onto my food in my first room on the top floor so got upgraded and found another cockroach in the 2nd room. Tried getting a refund but because I booked through booking.com, they couldn't give me a refund and I was forced to stay there for the night while my partner went to a family member's place. Worst experience I've ever had and I will not be going back. Still seeking compensation for my horrible experience.

Pros:

Hotel was ok a bit dated. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was not the greatest. Alot of homeless people in the area. We stayed on a Saturday and not many businesses were open. We would probably not stay in the downtown core if staying in Sudbury
