We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! My partner and I live in North Bay but travel to Sudbury often for work. The staff were friendly and the rooms were amazing!

The customer service was awful, not accommodating at all. We had a family emergency and had to leave a night early during our stay, no refund, credit or even partial refund was issued. Additional charges were added after full payment upon checking in and we were charged way more for the room than the online price when we booked. Location is awful! Parking is not ideal, a lot of homeless people roaming around.
I payed for parking at 0923 in Best Western's Parking lot across the street from the Best Western. At 0930 a boot was applied to the wheel of my car. I spoke with the owner and manager of the hotel and she refused to ask the operator of the parking lot who was also there. They forced me to pay $160 despite the fact that I had already payed for parking and had time stamped receipts because I had forgotten to leave the receipt on the dash. This hotel is likes to scam its customers.

Not clean enough, breakfast is not good
Located right downtown close to the train station and main arena.
Some people may be put off by the rather large homeless population, but at no time did I feel unsafe.

Homeless man peeing on the building, a second homeless man kicking things and punching vehicles in the parking lot, no security for parking lot or hotel itself. Screaming from downstairs that was very audible from within the room. Room was not clean in the bathroom.
