Manager gave me a very late checkout which was helpful as I wasn’t feeling well and had a late flight

Pillows were way too bulky. I asked for something softer and flatter. What they gave me was there same pillow stuffed into in a smaller pillow slip and it was rockhard. ( nice try ) 😏. I spent the 4 nights sleeping with the chair cushion as my pillow

The breakfast was amazing. One of the best we've had. There was a very large choice of both fresh and cooked food and many options for vegetarians and even a gluten free bar. I loved the fact that they had extra crockery for young children.
This has happened in the past (at other hotels) but when three people stay in a double room staff should add an extra glass/cup and spoon for the third person in the booking prior to check-in.
The location is awesome as it is in front of the Brisbane River. good price

We were charged twice and then mucked around with misinformation on the phone so moved to contact on emails just to get our money back.
