Really noce bed
The staff were very friendly and helpful with my queries.
The bed was quite comfortable.
The room itself and the overall cleanliness. The shower lacked a thorough clean, the basin was cracked, and the chair in the room had stains.
When you stay in a hotel room, the bathroom should be cleaner than your home. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
Excellent location. The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Jo - she went above and beyond. The room was nice, and very clean.
A small microwave would have been great. I do not rate the food/room service - $44 for a steak that was almost inedible, mash potato that tasted like rehydrated potato.
the service was great from the moment you stepped in the door. Trav on the front desk was an absolute legend and super friendly, questions help or even just a yarn and a laugh, stayed alot of places in brizzy but would go back for the service alone
location was great central to everything; staff were amazing! very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable too. can recommend the buffet breakfast it was great worth every cent.
bathrooms have been updated but shower overflowed with water all over the place and towels are thin, it's an older 70's building so despite the updates it still felt like an older hotel but fine for a night.

We had a room swap due to the A/C not working effectively and fridge not cooling however the staff member sorted it promptly!
Both bathrooms however were due for a deep clean (Mould etc)
Room was quite spacious, but a little dark - dim lighting combined with the dark carpeting. Breakfast was excellent though - good selection of hot and cold items on offer.
Not being a fan of the "shower in the tub", especially with the half-shower screen on one end, and having to step out of the shower over the tub lip.

Our new favourite place to stay! Great location, comfy beds, hot shower, good room service and a great pool that has the sun all day. Will never stay anywhere else. The staff made it also, thank you to each and everyone one of them.

Great location and the staff were all wonderful.
The beds were a little hard and bedroom was looking onto the on-ramp for the freeway so a bit of noise at night. Other than that, it was great!
This our 3rd time we have stayed here, lovely place
They took away the children’s play area on the side of the main foyer, my grand children remembered it from the year before and were really looking forward to using it
