The location is close to everything. Perfect for going to Lyric Theatre.
Staff were very friendly and lovely. Great location, walking distance to most things like shopping, restaurants and riverside activities.
Very small room and low ceilings so feels very cramped.
Bathroom is poorly designed.
Shower overflows and water was all over the floor.
Bathroom space extremely tight. Only one person can be in the bathroom at a time. Lots of white stains on floor and in shower.
Coffee spilled from previous guest not cleaned on door frame and on wall in entrance to the room.
Bed very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, the pillows were great but you need a better mattress.
Windows not sound proofed as near main highway and could hear everything.
We stayed for two nights, anything more than this would have been uncomfortable.
Wont he staying here again unfortunately.

Location was great, facilities and staff were big help.
Hot water was funny in the shower. Not consistent and kept getting flashes of cold. Netflix and the tv was not easy. Wanted to watch a movie but couldn’t connect. No robes in the room.
