From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast is served at The Munch. For children from 6 years of age, breakfast is chargeable at RM 30.00 per child. Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM 50.00 per adult. All children 12 years and above considered as adult.

Please note that bookings are subject to a Heritage fee of MYR 5 per room, per night. This is payable directly to the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good for us who just stayed for one night there but sorry we didn’t take any photos.
Pros:

Nice hotel with good ambience & good facilties.

Cons:

1. The location is a bit off surrounded by old shops & narrow lanes & kind of mismatch with the hotel building.
2. Very narrow lane going up to the hotel parking space if u arrive in yr own car.

The hotel failed to live up the claim of a 5 stars hotel and is certainly not worth the RM 465.
Pros:

Good choices.

Cons:

1) Dirty bath rope with coffee stain; 2) Did not supply sandals and having to request twice before someone brought them to me; 3) TV remote controller missing battery cover (small matter but should happen to a room which I had paid RM 465 per night); 4) screen in the shower is moldy.
