Nice Gem in KTM!

Hi, I have been staying at Hotel Crown Imperial for the past two years, and it has consistently been a great experience. The hotel’s central location is perfect for me, as it is close to many of my customers, making meetings very convenient.

They also have excellent restaurants and rooftop spaces, which are perfect for hosting customer meetings in a great atmosphere. The food is amazing and always enjoyable.

I would especially like to mention Parina at the front desk, who is always welcoming, helpful, and professional. The entire staff is kind and attentive, making every stay comfortable and pleasant.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Usually Excellent, This Time Disappointing
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always loved the experience the rooms, the atmosphere, and the overall service have usually been excellent. That’s why this recent stay was quite disappointing for me.

Initially, I booked one room for two adults but forgot to add one additional person in the reservation. The hotel informed us about the extra charge, and we paid it without any issue as the room was for my sisters. Later, when I personally arrived at the hotel, I clearly informed the reception that I would be booking another room for two adults and explained that in total we were three people with 2 rooms. I specifically mentioned this so there would be no confusion or extra charges for the remaining room and remaining day.

However, on the last day, we were again asked to pay an extra charge. The reason given was that we did not inform them that one of us would be moving to another room which I clearly communicated at check-in. This lack of coordination and assistance was very disappointing, especially as a returning guest.

I truly enjoy staying at this hotel, which makes this experience even more unfortunate. I hope the management can improve communication between staff to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.
