Reasonable buffet bfst
Pros:

Good location. Across riverfront. Walking distance to restaurant and tourist attraction. High water pressure for shower.

Cons:

Aircond not really cold.

My experience at the Astana Wing
Pros:

Location is fantastic as it is right smack in the middle of the city. I also like that room service has now been extended to 2am which is fantastic. The chicken satay (room service) is awesome!

Cons:

Room was dirty. Duvet was stained. Room wasn't vacuumed daily so you see dirt and hair on the floor. We also had to remind housekeeping to clean the toilet.
Security was atrocious as we were followed into the lift one evening by someone who didn't have a room key and was about to follow us out of the room when he said he was visiting friends at level 6 which was not our room level. Upon reaching level 11, we told him to get out and we took the lift back down to report to your security. This is not the first time this has happened and we have clocked in a total of 41 room nights in total at this hotel from Dec 2024.

Good location , nice pool and breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location, good pool with a nice breeze & loungers & towels. Great varied buffet breakfast. Free car park in the multi storey below the hotel . Excellent shower in room and the room was large for the city centre.

Cons:

House keeping was hit and miss eg no towels one day another day no water etc. decor was tired in some places .

Would be keen to do it again.
Pros:

Great location on the balcony overlooking the river.
Choice of food was comprehensive but not extensive, however sufficient enough for a wide range of cultures.

Cons:

Egg station was not always manned so had to request other staff.

Bra boende i stan
Pros:

Sköna sängar, bra kuddar. Bra läge i stan. Trevlig personal. Kunde lämna bagaget sista dagen.

Cons:

Om man vill ha utsikt över floden så har man en stor väg utanför så det är mycket ljud. Hade 2 olika rum på pl 7 & 6 och i båda rummen så var fönsterstängningen trasiga så det var väldigt bullrigt med alla mc och bilar utanför. I sista rummet så var startknappen på A/c trasig så det var svårt att sätta i gång den
