在這裡住宿50,000 ，交通都很便利，唯獨上面所提到的缺失需要飯店特別留意改善，留給遊客更舒適的使用感受。
Pros:

坐落在沙勞越和旁邊，早餐很好，可以坐在半開放的餐廳欣賞河岸風光。

Cons:

冷氣出風口的聲音挺大的，毛巾踏墊似乎已經有需要汰換的狀態，有一些異味，感覺有點可惜。

I'm not very satisfied.

It was a wonderful place to staying Kuching!
Pros:

Spacious , clean & all the staff are helpful. Also nice view for breakfast! Everything is good. Also, you might consider to open a mini convenient store for snacks & beverages.

Cons:

The air conditioner is a bit unstable because sometimes it takes time to get the room cold.

All in all this hotel did not impress, would not recommend unless they improve on shortcomings.
Pros:

Outstanding location and great views of Kuching river and city! Unfortunately mostly unmotivated staff with the exception of Ms. Rozzeylevia and Ms. Gracia who showed initiative and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests.

Cons:

The hotel is dated and is in need of a makeover, for example there were several water leaking spots at the Executive lounge and the first room we were shown was run down (musty smell, flickering lights, cabinet finishing peeling off). Sloppy housekeeping, sometimes missing to replace towels or not emptying the dustbins, not cleaning the bathroom floor or not replacing empty water bottles. Breakfast area was always superbusy and not enough sitting space even though the food was just average.

Pros:

Idéalement placé pour profiter de Kuching. La vue sur le bâtiment emblématique visible depuis le restaurant et la piscine. Le personnel est souriant et aidant, la chambre est propre et spacieuse.

若以 五星級住宿 + 早餐而言，性價比算高的，實際入住感覺，等級應該 四星半，但也不錯了。
Pros:

以 BOOKING.COM 訂這家酒店 有送早餐 Buffet，價格不錯，Metro BUS 站牌在旁，交通方便，客房面向大河。

Not recommended. Better hotels nearby
Pros:

The staff was pretty okay. Not excellent, just okay.

Cons:

Tbh, VERY disappointing. Booked the most expensive room (executive suite) but its so small! No bathtub even, the aircond was not working and had to call technician. Couldnt even change room and had to wait for it to be solved. I had a late checkin and imagine still cannot rest even tho almost midnight (the technician was very nice and helpful -still an expensive room should not have this issue in first place). TV was old, barely any channels and not even smart tv. Had to shut off using wall plug because tv and remote button doesnt work well. NO HAIR DRYER, the most basic thing and the pantry only have SUGARS which means they didnt properly check the stocks. Minibar was empty (low move for a suite) and drinking water was...tiny. My friend with same room also found there's ironing board but no iron lol. Wifi was slow. For the most expensive room, disappointing and not worth it. I had to express how disappointing this experience because I paid expensive for the expensive room but the whole thing feels like cheap budget hotel vibe. Not recommended, with this price better go Sheraton or Waterfront or Pullman.
