Excelente opção e pretíssimo do cemitério da recoleta

Ótima região, hotel confortável

O hotel é muito bom mas tem um problema crônico com os elevadores que são minúsculos e não aparentam ter nenhuma segurança. Café da manhã com poucas opções e muita demora na reposição. Boa cama e tamanho do quarto muito bom. Atendimento excelente.

Hotel boutique bem localizado, com banheiro renovado e moderno. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Cafe da manha bom, mas sem muita variedade. Ponto negativo: nao tinha agua no quarto e nem para vender no hotel.

It was a big disappointment. One of the reasons to choose the hotel was the location as we were visiting family and the hotel was close to our family. Pictures looked fine, but the reality was really bad. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was bad.

Good value for the money in a prime location

I stayed 3+3+10 nights. Comments from employee “ in this hotel they improve/repair anything, because all the owner cares is to make more money”, another one “There was an upset customer, so we gave him the room assigned to you”. First 6 nights I paid for a double room & the other 10 for a deluxe room and they gave me the same type of room. I will give this hotel 2 1/2 stars at the most. Weak internet, very basic breakfast, awful windows - not sound proof and you could feel the cold air going through all day, no sleepers, nor robes in the room; no coffee machine in the room. They don't offer room service; TV channels only in Spanish. Check in is at 03:00 pm, but I didn’t get my room until 06:00 pm. Twice my room was not clean and it was 05:30 pm. Twice between 06:00 - 08:00 pm there was no employee at the front desk for around 20 minutes, which meant that anyone could walk into the hotel (big security gap). The elevator is old and tiny, most people have to take the stairs up to 9 floors. There are plenty of options in Buenos Aires, this is the worst!

Hotel reformado e bem localizado. O elevador q era mto pequeno e a cama achei um pouco desconfortavel. O cafe da manha era basico, mas gostoso. Recomendo o hotel.

Personal muy atento. Ubicación ideal si se quiere estar en Recoleta. La habitación (201) agradecéis una pequeña mantencion (en la puerta, el doble cierre no funcionaba, la ventana debería ser de doble panel, en invierno se siente el frío )

Everything was quite fine for the purpose of my stay. At first I was given a very noisy room, which was immediately changed for a much quiet one on an upper floor. Thank you Enzo.
Sheets and towels definitely need an upgrade.

Hotel antigo , boa localização , o primeiro andar virado para a rua é muito barulhento, melhor nos andares mais altos. Elevador pequeno e antigo . Da para ir a pé para a Recoleta , restaurantes, supermercado, shoppings e a feirinha do fim de semana. Cafe da manhã era razoável , repetitivo, mas variado. O suco de laranja não era natural.

Very nice area

Its a great experience overall, they even have foreign exchange (money). Its a very safe and fancy neighbourhood, there are a lot of shops and restaurants at a walking distance.
