Overall my stay was great - I was happy with the service, location, room etc. All great.
Pros:

The reception staff were wonderful - they gave me a room early as I had a funeral to attend so I was able to get into a room and freshen up before attending the Funeral. She booked the cab for me too. Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast. Look it was acceptable however, not great quality. Everything was just a little bland. Would have liked a few more options available.

All staff were great - big shout out to Siobhan at Celsius restaurant - she was a hoot & gave awesome service!
Pros:

Great location, good parking, great service at the restaurant, room was clean, bed was comfy!

Cons:

Could have been 2 chairs in the room for a couple!

A good stay in the heart of Townsville.
Pros:

Nice renovated room with easy access. Large shower and vanity always good. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Close to major shopping centre and food options.
