Restaurant, beds, staff, early check in
Some parts are starting to wear a bit. Aging happens.
Room was nice and tidy looked like the pictures and the location

Staff were friendly, a quiet location and the room which had a view of the lake.

Love the pool, love happy hour, staff were so lovely and very helpful! Reception changed my room to ground floor as I was travelling alone with a baba and bags, booked me a cab and suggested I join to spin the wheel which gave me a FREE Ice cream!

That the room was well kitted out and there was a luggage stand. I had a beautiful dinner on Monday 31st August, your restaurant staff, were so lovely and very helpful.
I felt the breakfast buffet could have been easier to follow.
That the staff could have asked guests, if they’d like tea or coffee.
One member of staff, seemed quite annoyed I’d come through the wrong door and her comment” I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, was unnecessary!”

I have photos. Room was nothing like the images online ended up paying for an "upgrade" Not up to Acor usual standard.
The staff at reception and in the dining area were fantastic; friendly, helpful and informative.
The pillows were SO comfortable - we had been travelling for two weeks and it was the best nights’ sleep through the trip!
Some of the steps were difficult to navigate with big suitcases
