Room was very tiny. Poorly appointed. I do understand that my room was part of original Mercure, however, maintenance of appointments very poor

I loved the location. The pool was gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We went to bed relatively early around 830/9, so I could hear people walking past my room when we were in bed. The doors and windows meant that the sound travelled.

Balcony floors upstairs need repair
Rooms were excellent. The Buffet Breakfast was good. The pool was more than enough to be able to cool down. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were very clean. Loved the Coffee Machine and Pods in our room.
Unfortunately, our traveling party had a lesser room considering there were only two people were in their room. They did not have a balcony, nor did they have a coffee machine in their room.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, just a short walk to the shopping centre.
