Convenient location but needs a some updating done of the rooms.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Reception area and restaurant and bar were clean and tidy and well presented.

Cons:

Rooms need an upgrade. Rooms have limited power points for mobile phone and laptop charging. No power points near the desk. Bathroom is extremely small. Balcony areas and walkways to get to second story room are deteriorating and don't look great. Some of the timber decking looked like it needed to be replaced.

L’hôtel est très beau, la chambre est plutôt spacieuse et la douche est vraiment agréable
Le personnel vraiment sympathique et d’une grande aide pour l’organisation

Cons:

L’isolation est catastrophique, on entends toute la douche de l’autre chambre comme si c’était dans notre chambre donc si vous avez des voisins qui sont matinaux vous serez réveillés par le bruit de la douche (ce qui a été notre cas)

Cons:

Dining Restaurant, chef did not know how to cook well done steak, I got a piece of coal, unable to eat it. Car park makes the place look like a dive, when I pulled up, I thought what did I pay for and where am I staying, walking into the lobby though was clean and refreshing.

Enjoyable, great coffe & breakfast and dining options
Pros:

Lovely position on the lake

Cons:

Travelling with 4 work colleges and whilst the rooms were very clean and comfortable we all had the same comments about our rooms smelling musty/mouldy. Appreciate that it’s in a tropical location and very humid but not sure if the smell was from the room or if the air conditioning units filters needed to be cleaned .

The villa/bungalows was a great size and comfortable.

Cons:

That it cost on average $27 each way to travel to/from the city. A shuttle is a good idea.
