We will return as we were very happy in general and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so friendly, loved the location of our room, I requested a room with a lake view which was so nice, also a great restaurant

Cons:

I didn’t think the room we had was good value for money, I know nothing can be done about the dump birds but there was poo all over the patio in front of our room

Not the best disappointing

The look of the pool at night

Cons:

I arrived at 7:30 pm the room I was given had a huge blower/fan in it to try and dry carpet had to put up with that all night being noisy. I was actually disappointed in the room as it was a surprise night away for my partner and I to spend quality time and arrange our wedding plans.

With the noise of the blower fan and the smell of wet carpet in the room was a bit of a let down.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Felt unsafe and very noisey.
Pros:

The friendly staff

Cons:

It didn’t feel secure. All the security latches had been taken off the doors. Was very noisey. Could hear anyone that walked past the room and people having showers.

Pros:

Very great stay for families - lots of outdoor areas for kids to play so they didn’t have to be cooped up inside a hotel room. Very good service from staff. Close to fast food restaurants but the in-house restaurant was also very good. Short walk to decent sized shopping centre which was convenient
