Very small closet area
We love Hampton Inn! The beds are always so comfy and the pillows are always so comfy. It’s nice and quiet. The pool is nice and relaxing! And for the money, it’s worth it. You also get breakfast!
What we didn’t like was we didn’t feel like we got complete maid service and always had to ask for more towels. They should do that automatically. They told us it would be done every other day!

I like that’s it’s right off the freeway. After a long road trip it’s nice to exit the freeway and almost instantly be on the property. Shopping and dining options very close by. The hotel itself is spotless. Workers are great at their jobs and everyone is really nice.
A small convenience store would be a nice addition.

Good location
Everything was good
Breakfast options were fresh, plentiful, and very good. There was something for all of us to enjoy. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is a big plus. Two restaurants right next door made dinner very convenient as well. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and other families were enjoying it. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of available power sources for charging numerous devices.
Just a personal preference that the beds were on the firm side. However. I did sleep well so no complaints from me.

Convenient location
Cleaning happened at slightly under bare minimum. They kept the smaller weights at the front desk and had to be signed out.
Rooms not cleaned thoroughly between guests.
They don’t give enough towels. 2 adults and 1 child. Gave us 2 towels for us all, and having to call every day for more.
