Al reservar, solicité si podrían darme una habitación en planta baja, tengo discapacidad motriz, uso bastón y se me dificulta subir escaleras y muy amablemente me confirmaron mi solicitud; así mismo comenté que mi vuelo llegaría por la noche por lo tanto el check in sería por la noche y me respetaron mi reservación, los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y atentos y la camarera muy servicial, el lugar está limpio, cómodo, cerca del lugar al que yo iba (hospital de especialidades IMSS) está cerca de lo que necesite sin tener que tomar transporte

No hubo nada que no me gustara; el lugar es cómodo, a buen precio, bien ubicado y limpio.
