Staff was pleasant. Room was comfortable.

It was in great location, the rooms were really clean and most of the staff was great. The manager that was on duty name was Bob. He was excellent. Very friendly.

The friendliness of the staff, we are going through some horrific situation and the staff friendliness was much needed
I literally have no complaints unless you could do something about the little bird outside that seemed to think he was my alarm clock, lol

No hot water for shower in the morning. Very direct greeting when we arrived and checked in. Iron leaked water onto shirt, hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast looked basically different coloured versions of sugar.
Poor breakfast and the tv did not have enough internet to watch anything!
