Pros:

Proximity to everything.

Cons:

There was some construction or drilling of some sort going on very early in a room or rooms near mine.
Also no daily housekeeping services. A note was left under the door saying it was due to short staff.

Pros:

Location good. Price Great. Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Had some trouble with ac/heat unit. Phone in room not in working order. Breakfast lacking.

Room was comfortable, except refrigerator started loudly humming at 2 am.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. Would prefer yogurt.

I use the staircase which I found dirty with stains and bugs.

Overall, very pleased. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Large room. Bed was comfortable. I thought the price was a very good deal. Very quiet while we were there. Desk staff were friendly. Probably 4 miles or less from any historic site in Gettysburg. Perkins restaurant next door gives discount if you show your room key. We ate breakfast there a couple times. We ate supper twice at La Bella Italia restaurant just up the street. There was also a Giant grocery store nearby and we stocked up on snacks and drinks our first day.

Cons:

The hotel breakfast options were very basic even for hotel standards. We stayed 4 nights. After the second day I had to ask for towels because nobody had tidied up our room. Wasn't sure if this was because we were staying multiple nights and maybe they don't enter those rooms. They did promptly bring a stack of towels once asked.
