It was decent, but could have been better.
Pros:

Staff was pleasant, room was good size, beds were decent.

Cons:

The internet was awful and didn't work at all the first night, the air conditioner was so loud when it came on that it woke me up, there were dead beetles in the windowsill and by the bed frame, there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower from the previous guest.

Clean comfortable bed

Cons:

They were "shortstaffed" so no housekeeping services.
Under bathmat in tub was moldy and needed good cleaning.
Front desk clerk on arrival was not friendly but others were very helpful.

I paid a little less than $100/night and that's about right for this hotel.
Pros:

This is a basic hotel that meets the basics very well. The room was clean, the hotel itself was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable, the water hot with good pressure.

Cons:

Sound from neighboring rooms is a problem if you have loud neighbors like I did for one of my four nights. The hotel has a quiet policy starting at 10PM and my neighbors had toned it down by that time, so I let it ride; not their fault that I went to bed at 8. Breakfast is continental and limited even at that. Waffle maker and a toaster are the only hot options. Meh.

Stopped by for some sightseeing on the way back from Florida
Pros:

Lots of restaurants around. Cheap, clean, quiet.

Cons:

The breakfast fell short. Whatever happened to bacon, sausages and hash browns
