Spacious, clean room in quiet location.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent, id prefer a potato option instead of sausage. The location was fine.

I was given a handicapped room and I dont recall booking one.

Excellent location and great value for money.
Pros:

Great location convenient to downtown, college and other sights. Excellent hot breakfast. Great water pressure and temperature. Staff was competent and friendly.

LOVED IT!
Pros:

EVERYTHING. I don't say this lightly, but this is the best hotel in this category we have ever stayed in. Maybe it is the special appeal of Boulder itself, but it was absolutely a great stay. LOCATION< CLEANNESS< BREAKFAST>STAFF

Cons:

The curtains were not fully blackout which is a big thing for bats like us :).

Stayed here multiple times and will stay again
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. The bed is firm but comfy. Breakfast has sufficient variety including fresh fruits (it would be nice to have 0% milk though). The lobby has coffee and tea all the time, which is nice.

Cons:

The shower leaked lot of water and we had to use more towels on the floor.
