Quality is just a name
Pros:

It had a good ice machine and good hot water

Cons:

Maintenance is not their forte
The scum on the hot tub was interesting.
After the rain , the wet carpet as far as first bed was cooling to the feet , good thing I was in flip flop and not socks .
The waterfall from the abandoned part of hotel was interesting as were the trees growing from the roof .
The maid service that forgot to give us towels and supplies , but they took the tip off the bed
. The door latch that failed so I couldn’t get to the room was fixed with a shoelace . But hey we’re attached to a Indian restaurant that served good food

Cons:

There was thick dry wall dust over the sink and desks. I arrived late and had to wipe it out to even use the sink. It was on literally everything but the bed. That was at least clean

Dirty bras and panties and public hair left all over bathrooms, plus more!
Pros:

We had three groups traveling through on a long roadtrip. The reviews on here looked ok, so we decided we’d try it. We needed 4 rooms, 2 of which HAD to be adjoining. I called and was on the phone for over 30 minutes verifying that 2 rooms would be adjoining, and the other two didn’t matter. The girl assured me that’s what we would have. We arrived to the hotel about 9:40 pm and were exhausted. That same girl I had talked to (I could tell her voice) told me there weren’t any adjoining rooms left, because we got there too late. I asked why she personably had told me she’d reserve one for us, but she didn’t care or know. After discussing with my group I decided we’d just squish up together and try to make the best of it, get some rest, and hit the road. So I asked the girl to cancel the 4th room, and she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cancel it. I would have to call the 1-800 choice number the next day. I was done and decided to just go to bed. Once we got in our rooms, my family had hair all over the bathroom floor, the second family in our group had pubic hair on their floor, and the most amazing was the third group who had the previous guests’ dirty panties and bra in their bathroom. We told all of this to the front desk, and he said he would report it to the manager and he was sorry. Which is code for “too bad, I don’t care.” The hotel grounds are also worth noting. There is a dilapidated, falling down old hotel you have to walk by to get to your rooms, the stairs are disgusting and gross, there is not elevator, and the floors outside are literally breaking apart. I haven’t stayed somewhere this horrible in a very long time. Choice has been going downhill for years…. I did t realize it was this downhill. Stay at a Hilton or ihg or best western if you expect any cleanliness or competency at ALL. Avoid this place like the plague…. Because you might actually catch it there!!
