Could have been better.
Pros:

Beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Heater sounded like a helicopter taking off. Halls were looking very worn. Kids 2 doors down were using safety bar to keep their family's doors from closing and kept going in and out and in and out from 530-630am. The door banged every single time. Better safety features can't be used to keep the door from closing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was not really adequate for applying make-up. It was more like mood lighting.

Much nicer than my first impression.
Pros:

This place was surprisingly nice on the inside, very nice pool and hot tub, and staff. The breakfast was good too. For dinner we ate over at the Oscar's diner, and it was some of the best food we had our entire 3-week 6+ state trip. No it's not your business, but having it literally right next door, attributed to and overall positive experience.

Cons:

The parking lot looks a bit rough. I was initially worried that I brought my family to the wrong place, and that's not a good first impression, for anotherwise nice facility.
