Check for bed bugs
Pros:

Had bed bugs in the first room they put us in, moved us to a room at the other end of the building no other compensation. The staff didn’t seem to concerned when we told both the night and morning staff about the room. We’re wondering if they continue to rent the room or if they make an effort to clean the room and pull it from being rented until it is certified clean, be diligent about checking for bed bugs before settling in for the night.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Heater sounded like a helicopter taking off. Halls were looking very worn. Kids 2 doors down were using safety bar to keep their family's doors from closing and kept going in and out and in and out from 530-630am. The door banged every single time. Better safety features can't be used to keep the door from closing.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was not really adequate for applying make-up. It was more like mood lighting.
