Baymont by Wyndham Willow Park

Check in was fast and easy. Room was dirty. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Used shampoo left in shower. Broken vanity mirror, bathroom door, and entry door.
No coffee or cups in room. Very disappointed for a Baymont property

Room was covered in dead and live crickets and other bugs. Immediately upon arrival smoke detector was beeping and maintenance was not on property to fix it. Towels had brown stains on them. The jacuzzi tub which was the entire reason for picking the room/hotel didn't work. Staff was polite and understandable when we requested a refund and left.

Bathroom had mold growing on the wall. There was mold and mildew around the tub. The bathroom smelled of urine and the bathroom door was filthy. The entire room also smelled like marijuana.

Gross room

The pictures on line were very misleading. The AC was poor. The breakfast area had only three chairs for all guests. We were there three days and the trash wasn’t removed once. The cleaning lady was smoking as she cleaned the rooms. It was just very disappointing. We had a total of three rooms. We will be more careful when booking in the future.

Not clean at all! Used soap in the bathroom, cockroach in the wash cloth, dirt in the floor, broken shower, dirty nasty bathroom door, this was the 3rd room we went to. The first two smelt of mold and mildew, the young man at the front desk said it was the air fresher they use. Do not stay here! When I checked the reviews the most recent ones were good, so I thought I would give them a chance! Huge mistake! Idk who wrote those reviews but they did not stay here!!! This place is disgusting.

I walked in, was treated poorly by staff and walked out. I didn't stay a moment more than 4 minutes and you charged me. I'm disputing the bogus charge. Your location is filthy and unsafe.

There were roaches in the room and bathroom. We found part of a condom package on the floor. The open & close button on microwave was missing and we had to use a clothes hanger to open. No stopper for bathtub. Only empty trash every 3 days and we were not told this. Had to empty our own trash! Breakfast was waffles with syrup, no butter. There was never any coffee or juice. Breakfast was waffles or cereal and that was all

Pool didnt work, nothing for breakfast, place was dirty.

Will not stay again

No towels in the bathroom for drying off. No coffee for the coffee maker in the room.

Very trashy motel. Cockroaches, stained sheets, dirty bathroom. Would not recommend.
