Pros:

The room were large and had good space. The bathroom were good, and has good lighting and a nice shower. The bed were big and comfortable which was nice. The curtains were amazing at blocking out light, so the room got pitch black, which is amazing for a good night sleep.

Cons:

We had some troubles with the TV, but we figured it out. The bathroom light switch is placed a little inconvenient, but it was not a bigger problem. The switch is placed inside the bathroom "in the middle" on the wall, which is inconvenient at night when you have to get up.

1. Location. Close to metro station and tram, making it easy to get around the city.
2. The staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

1. Soundproofing between rooms. Or rather, a complete lack thereof. It felt like your neighbors weren't in the next room, but in the same room with us. At night, I had to yell at them (also through the wall) to get to sleep. Thank God we only had neighbors for one night.
2. Cleaning in the room. Generally, the visible areas were tidied, but since the bed is high, I saw uncleaned trash underneath it, and it remained there throughout our four-night stay.
3. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but there wasn't a kettle or even a bottle of drinking water in the room (not counting the minibar). Let alone tea or coffee. This would be expected from a 2-star hotel, less so from a 3-star hotel, but certainly not from a 4-star one.

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel J24 per un’urgenza e non posso che lasciare una recensione estremamente positiva.
Nonostante fosse il giorno di Pasqua, ci hanno risposto subito rendendosi disponibili a trovarci una stanza in tempi rapidissimi. Le ragazze alla reception presenti il 5 e 6 aprile 2026 sono state davvero eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e molto accoglienti. Ci hanno spiegato tutto con grande professionalità e ci hanno anche fatto una bellissima sorpresa, assegnandoci una stanza migliore rispetto a quella prenotata.
La stanza era stupenda, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort. Anche i servizi dell’hotel sono risultati impeccabili.
La posizione è ottima, comodissima per muoversi con i mezzi o per altri spostamenti. Inoltre, ho trovato l’ambiente molto sicuro, pulito e ben organizzato.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, soprattutto per la qualità del servizio e l’attenzione verso il cliente.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel J24 e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Le camere sono pulite e ben tenute, cosa che ho apprezzato molto.

Il personale della reception è stato gentile e disponibile. Anche il letto era comodo e ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.


Nel complesso, è un hotel che consiglierei, soprattutto per la tranquillità e la pulizia.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda i cuscini, che ho trovato troppo piccoli e bassi. Questo purtroppo ha influito sulla qualità del sonno e al mattino mi sono svegliato con un leggero mal di collo.
