Pleasant stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, well located (15 minute walk to Porta Garibaldi, no more than 10 mins to metro that linked to Malpensa airport) and clean. Staff were proactive (we asked for a kettle for our room at 11pm at night, as we were with baby and needed it for feeds, and it was brought up to us promptly).

Cons:

Room was extremely hot and couldn’t turn temperature down (other than by opening window that opened onto main road so noisy).

Overpriced but not bad
Pros:

- very cold (tried to fix it multiple times, but wasn't very successful)

- some staff members were not helpful

C'è di meglio per il prezzo richiesto!!

Direi che l'unica cosa top è stata la posizione in base al posto che dovevo raggiungere. Ringrazio inoltre il ragazzo che c'era al check out per aver risolto un problema indipendente dalla struttura!

Cons:

Già all'arrivo mi sono ritrovata a dover sostenere una spesa maggiore per la tassa di soggiorno senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva. La giustificazione della dipendente per le olimpiadi è stata data in maniera scortese e molto altezzosa. Nella camera ho trovato molta polvere ovunque e purtroppo si sentivano pure molti rumori. Segno evidente che l'insonorizzazione non sia granché...

The breakfast cost 25 euro to be honest at 25 euro you should clear deserve to expect a real buffet - this breakfast in other hotels cost max 10-15 really nothing special not worth 25

Then room heater/ cooler did not work

The road in front of hotel extreme noise cars- using it arnd0300 for speedracing then every hour sirens , and at 0600 the start clean the street with machine , walking at night unpleasant neighbourhood nothing to do

Location ottima struttura eccellente e personale cordiale e molto professionale
Pros:

Seconda volta in questo hotel e di sicuro continuerò a prenotare delle camere. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camere sempre pulite e sopratutto molto spaziose. Colazione eccellente con abbondante scelta.

Cons:

Unica pecca un rumore constante che proveniva dal sistema di climatizzazione nella camera che avevo prenotato ma non ha rovinato il soggiorno.
