Rooms are clean with plenty of space
5 minutes from the metro
Plenty of local cafes and restaurants close to hotel and only 15 minutes from city centre
A great base for families

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable. But thats being picky A great hotel

Comfortable stay, great air-conditioning
Pros:

The staff were friendly and upgraded our room. Room was very large, clean, comfortable bed and air conditioning was very good. There was also a small fridge. There were ironing facilities located in basement.Good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Bar Lounge didn’t open until
17.30, would’ve been nice to get a drink there during day.
Location whilst safe, wasn’t very appealing but near to metro and tram with access to all main sights.

Decent but this should not be rated as 4*
Pros:

Good location, close to metro and supermarket.

Cons:

No coffee/ tea in the room. Junior suit meant another double in the room rather than a sofa. No cabinets for clothes, only a fully open mental shelf unit with some hangers. More of a hostel feeling. This is not what you expect from a hotel.

Per quanto riguarda, diciamo sapone Shampoo sono scadenti tant’è che li compro sempre nel supermercato vicino
