When I booked the hotel it shows breakfast included which is not true .
Checked out time they charged me extra price, when I asked the reception they said they have an everyday different price which is hard to understand. Then after long discussion they agree to returns back my over charge money. Wasting so much time at checkout and checked in.

Great staff with very good customer service, was upgraded to a newly renovated room, great experience, clean, comfortable.

Pool and area dirty. Parking was awful

Convenient for where we needed to be. Outside of hotel was very run down and felt a little unsafe.no hot water for a shower in the morning

The room we were in had a king bed the side tables were way too small looked like they come out of a kids room. Very unsafe for guests too go out too smoke too many vagrants running around. They told me because they booked us on a floor that a wedding party was on that they would upgrade our room frkm a king too 2 queens they down graded the room

The property is due for update badly. Staff is great and friendly. They tried their best to keep up during a big First Nation community gathering with a lot of people coming in and out.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and it was nice having the restaurant on the property.

Very outdated and dirty. Manager was nice when brought to his attention and gave us 50% discount.

Brought my son to town for his birthday. First issue is the room reeked of cigarette smoke, they came and sprayed air freshener.
Ended up leaving the hotel at 9 pm, once we pulled back the covers to discover hair in the sheets, and clumps of hair in the towels. Thankfully we knew someone who lived in the city because there were absolutely zero rooms anywhere due to the long weekend and the concert. Complete disappointment

The condition of property was not as per the standard of Ramada. The washroom facilities were not at par. The overall service and ambience was not pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and the rooms were clean. Felt very safe in the hotel and the location was close to everything we were needing.

Staff was good. Place was tidy but it was dated and tired. Don’t know if I would stay here again.

This hotel was close to the hospital . When we checked in, we were given newly renovated rooms that were very comfortable.

1 night stay was easy and quick check in

Hotel was clean but older . Rooms very run down and needed repairs . Toilet barely worked and shower curtain was installed wrong and sprayed water all over the place . Price was good that’s it

Although the room was clean the property is getting very run down. Only one elevator working. Staff was okay. Restaurant ok - our server was interesting but very competent.
