Pros:

We love the pool area.

Cons:

When we went inside the room there's some kind of smell. And the room was too dark, maybe because of the carpet rug.

Never going back!
Pros:

Room was ice cold due to no heat. Food was lukewarm at best. Couldn’t get out of there soon enough to try to warm up.

Cons:

Heat the restaurant. Also, perform routine room maintenance to ensure frigid air from the outside at minus 45 was not pouring in from the bottom of the window wall in our room.

Cons:

Both times I stayed at the Ramada. The climate control in the rooms did not work properly. Maintaince did fix quickly both times .

Did I mention the “pet friendly” policy?? That’s a bonus for pet lovers.
Pros:

Good downtown location, excellent front desk service and the underground parking which is appreciated.

The hotel was comfortable and I think the staff were doing the best they could with all the evacuees.
Pros:

It was central to the places we were going.

Cons:

There was a lack of communication between what I had been told through bookings.com and online check in with check in staff. I had been assured we had side by side rooms but staff was not aware. Also the bill was higher than expected.

Pros:

Room service not available. You could phone kitchen, then they would pack your order to go an call you to come pick it up. Hot tub broken and that was the reason for going.

Cons:

The literally lock you into the hotel at night which is a fire hazzard
