No longer an OYO hotel. We had to go to a different hotel for the night. The entrance was locked and inaccessible.
Very nice stay very good customer service rooms very clean
Filthy! Do not stay here! Was booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one. Rooms are dirty and dilapidated. There is an abandoned building next door that’s apparently been vandalized and did not make you feel safe to stay in that area.
Everything was disgustingly dirty. The shower was broken in one of our rooms. Soap in only one of the rooms. The beds were at least comfortable. This is in desperate need of repairs.
Stayed with our 2 dogs. Very quiet. Could use updating. Basic hotel. Reasonable rates
Just an old run down Hotel. No remote for TV. Clean and quiet. Cheapest in the area.
I was quite here does need some upgrading all in all it was a nice stay at a great price
Not very clean or up to date
Very nice staff
Rude
Bed bugs. Dirty toilet and shower. Disgusting. We left.
The lobby did not look like the pictures Front desk was rude and they barely spoke English
Nice staff and nice rooms
Dead roaches on the floor. Food and garbage all along the wall and under the bed. Whoever is cleaning the rooms is doing a horrible job. There was prob 15-20 cigarette burns in the bedding. Would never stay there again and recommend the health department doing a checkup.
Toilet was stopped up sent the maintenance out three times still couldn’t unstop. It refused to give us another room. One of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. Slept And better homeless shelters
Room was dirty and comforter had burn holes in it.
This is a nice place to stop if traveling, it's quiet and convenient.
Filthy!
After getting my room, I was immediately blasted with loud music (Thurs night) that started at 9:30 and continued until 11:40 when I finally called the front desk and said either do something or I am calling the police. This was in the room right next to me. They couldn’t even hear the manager knocking on the door because the music was so loud. The party was not over when the music stopped though and continued for at least another hour or more. The next night I got to my room and no music but that same room was having a grilling party in the parking lot right outside the room. I called the front desk to see if I could be changed to a different room and the manager said that they promised no loud music after 10:30 and refused to change my room. This place is not a “residential” type environment, it is a hotel where people go to sleep. There was very little sleep going on in this place. I cannot recommend this hotel, there were dead bugs in the room and the bathroom was falling apart. Obviously the manager was not willing to help his guests with a simple request of changing rooms. For the same price go to the Days Inn in Mt Vernon! That is where I will stay next time.
