Cons:

Laut Buchung waren alle Steuern und Nebenkosten im Preis enthalten, aber ich musste trotzdem noch Steuern nachzahlen! :(
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot nur eine geringe Auswahl und der Frühstücksbereich war winzig. Ständig suchten alle nach einem freien Platz, aber es gab kaum welche.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern, I appreciated the bar at reception with happy hour too! It was what you would expect from Premier Inn, average but always reliable.

Cons:

The Aircon in the room didn't seem to work and since we were on the 6th floor, it was quite hot. You need to use the card key for everything, lift included, so it annoyed me a little that they only gave us 1. The parking was quite expensive and the garage had half of the parking spaces blocked as well.

Super Lage. Bahnhofsnah. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar.
Hotel sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten.
Wir haben eine Tasche im Hotelzimmer vergessen. Die wurde uns nach Hause geschickt. Sehr guter Service

Sauber und gute Lage
Pros:

Ich durfte das zimmer wechseln nachdem mir das erste zu dunkel erschien. Das war nett. Es war super sauber und auch ein föhn und wasserkocher mit tee vorhanden. Super und sichere Lage.

Cons:

Ich vermute dass bei booking das standard und superior zimmer verwechselt wurden. Mein zimmer hatte keine 26 qm wie im angebot und auch keine ganze fensterfront. Frühstück etwas klein.

Toller Aufenthalt doch Schwierigkeiten mit der zentralen Reservierungsstelle
Pros:

Lage super zentral Stadtbahnzugang um die Ecke. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nur 500- 600 Meter. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig.

Cons:

Am Tag vor der Ankunft erhielt ich eine E-Mail in der ich nochmals meine Kreditkarte verifizieren sollte. Ich wollte daraufhin über die angegebene Telefonnummer in der Rezeption des Hotels anrufen. Dies ging jedoch nicht sondern ich wurde in die Zentrale Reservierungsstelle der Hotelgruppe verbunden wo auch immer das sein mag. Hier erklärte mir ein schlecht deutsch sprechender Mitarbeiter, dass die Buchung storniert würde, wenn ich meine Kreditkarte nicht verifizieren sollte, ansonsten soll ich mich an Booking.com wenden. Hier traf ich auf eine KI, die mein Problem auch nicht richtig verstand. Da meine Freunde aus der Ganzen Republik anreisen bin ich dann schließlich selbst tags zuvor selbst 40 Kilometer weit nach Stuttgart ins Hotel angefahren. Hier wurde dann an der Rezeption nachgeschaut ob für mich und meine Freunde die Reservierung in Ordnung geht, was Gott sei dank der Fall war. Auch die Dame an der Rezeption bestätigte, dass die Rezeption von Gästen nicht tel. erreichbar ist. Für mich ist so etwas aus Kundensicht nicht nachvollziehbar.
