Nothing to be honest
We booked as a group. Everyone had issues: bed bugs, toilets not flushing, stolen jewellery.
The worst hotel experience of my life.
Rooms were a good size, good design/layout. Lovely building. Location right by metro and tram. Surprisingly quiet / no noise pollution for us despite being by an intersection!

The location .
The bed was horrible. It tilted very badly, so whenever I tried to move, I almost fell out of the bed, and the side my boyfriend slept on, was like laying in a hole. We did mention this to the reception, but when we came back, nothing had been done. So there weren’t much sleep doing the 3 days we stayed there. Also, very bad service at the reception. Towels were dirty, as well as the pillow cases. The first night, my boyfriend went down to get new pillow cases, and the night receptionist told him 10-15 minutes. Then 30 went by, so I went down, and waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to come, where as the lady before me had waited 20 minutes. When he finally came, and I told him we needed the pillow cases to go to bed, he started laughing straight in my face, and said he was busy. I told him I could just take them with me up, so he didn’t have to bring them to us, and he then said he would bring them in 10-15 minutes, when I told him it had been 30 minutes already, he just started laughing again, and didn’t care about the fact that we had already waited very long and wanted to go to bed, so he left, and I went back up, and then another 15 minutes went by, and he finally brought the pillowcases. It took him an hour, just to bring them. The next day we mentioned this, and were told that he had been busy like it was an excuse to his behavior, which is very unprofessional. It doesn’t matter how busy you are, you don’t laugh at a guest wanting to go to bed. 3 other people that night, also had a problem with him, so we weren’t the only ones, but we were told “he was busy”.
La ubicación frente al metro y tranvia. A 30 min a pie del centro. Las instalaciones son muy buenas en un edificio muy bonito.. Nos invitaron a una consumición en el bar al llegar.
Las camas son blandas. Eran cómodas pero algo extrañas.

I went to Budapest to enjoy some time off from home! I chose this hotel for its location, which was directly in the city center! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was professional and friendly! Really one of a kind! During my stay there Gary and Gabor told me about the special fireworks that were happening in the city and showed me where I can see the most! This is an experience I will cherish forever! Thank you to the whole staff!
Very good location and beautiful classic interior décor. The room is small but fully equipped and designed in a modern, comfortable style. However, there are two notable issues: the air conditioning is inefficient and quite noisy, and around 70% of the rooms have no view, with old windows that cannot be opened. In addition, the bathroom ventilation is inadequate, which causes persistent humidity inside the room. the buffet breakfast is very good, and the staff are very helpful
A wonderful stay from start to finish! Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and comfortable, modern and spotless rooms. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh options, and the restaurant and bar were perfect for relaxing.
Overall, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Toppenläge! Väldigt centralt och trevlig placering. Vi bodde på hotellet för att gå på Formula 1 racet och tunnelbanan ut till banan låg precis bredvid hotellet.
Located in the busy part of the town, with excellent public transport connections. In the old, historical building, with nice marbell staircase inside. The rooms clean, but relatively small. The breakfast rather basic snd buffet often not stocked enough. The service in some areas / housekeeping, breakfast staff/ unremarkable.
