I would stay here again whenever I visit the area.
Pros:

Room was clean and excellent. Great location and fantastic breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The refrigerator in my room(139) wasn’t working and I wasn’t able to keep my beverages cold.

The location offers variety of dining options and is close to main transportation thoroughfare. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has variety and more than continental. The indoor pool is always a bonus! The upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel is notable.

Cons:

I was put off by the rule of not knowing the rate of my stay since I booked through booking.com, and moreover did not know because of how I booked I will not gain points for my stay even though I am a Hilton Club member. Very confusing about the rate as I saw at least 3 different rates and inquired when I arrived what was the actual rate. I have experienced friendlier reception on previous stays, the check-in person (I think the manager?) appeared to be distracted. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Very pleased with this Hampton Inn (our preferred hotel chain) and would recommend it.
Pros:

Alma checked us in and made us feel very welcome. She was very personable and friendly. She sent a text a little after we got settled checking if everything was good. Breakfast the next morning was good with a decent selection of hot food.

Cons:

The only minor issue was our bathroom floor had some very small and faint dirty shoe print marks near the toilet area. Everything else was clean and fresh other than that minor issue. I was able to quickly clean the few small spots with a wet tissue.

I enjoyed my stay and will be returning next year for longer period. As disable veteran the room fit my needs.
