It was clean

Cons:

We used to stay there a lot but that hotel goes down hill. It always smelled like weed, not good if you there with your toddler. There was no TV in the room, staff said it was stolen.

No luggage carts. HUGE issue.
Pros:

The property and staff were good. The poor rating is because they have ZERO luggage carts. For seniors luggage carts are ESSENTIAL!!!

Cons:

No Luggage carts. UNACCEPTABLE for travelers who have bad backs etc.

Very unorganized front desk and staff but clean!
Pros:

It was clean!! Wasn’t a awful property. Had some issues.

Cons:

Front desk man was rude and overwhelmed. Told the truck didn’t come in so it’ll be minimal breakfast. Fire dept had to gain entry to one of our guests room after waiting hours. Mainly the unorganized front desk.

Pros:

Receptionist was welcoming. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Room smelled of cigarettes. No toilet roll holder. No hair dryer, but received one on asking.

Pros:

It was close to the venue and an easy drive to the venue. The lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. She was very accommodating for my room request location.

Cons:

The room had a mold smell and was a little disappointed ot did not have shampoo, conditioner, and body dispensers like other La Quinta hotels i have stayed in. The breakfast was very minimal compared to other La Quinta's I have stayed at and I do stay at La Quinta hotels all the time.
