Pros:

location was great, The overall cleanliness and smell of the hallways were disgusting.

Cons:

smell and cleanliness of hallways and shared spaces. Carpet stains and paint /wallpaper peeling off the walls, Inside lock on door was almost falling off.

I will not book again
Pros:

The restaurant did was good and the shower had good pressure.

Cons:

The paint was palling in the room and water damage at the ceiling. There was no hair dryer or coffee pot in one of the rented rims. There was a broken safety door latch. I asked for a close room for my disabled sister and got a room she had to walk two hallways.

Cons:

Every single ice machine was 'broken' four different ones,on different floors, ok
Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat,
Air conditioner did not keep the room cool enough,
Doors to the outside had the re entry buttons broken off, so we couldn't get out and back in..

It was what we were looking for- easy, not too expensive, and accommodating to the dog.
Pros:

The dining room was open late on arrival and that was great. Staff were very kind. The rooms are comfortable enough and generally clean. The location is convenient. Refrigerator with a freezers section in the room was awesome. Plenty of easy parking, ice and my dog was very comfortable there. The room rate was fabulous

Cons:

The hallway carpets were worn and appeared to be wet from a leak of some sort. Many of the interior hall walls are pretty beat up. In general it could use some refreshing.

Pros:

Location was perfect for where I needed to be, the hotel is on a wooded area not on top of a highway, and best of all it was SUPER quiet. No kids running in the hallway, no slamming doors. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I did not understand that the room would not be refreshed - bed made, new replacement towels, cups, kleenex, etc. Never have stayed in a hotel where this was not done automatically. I was shocked when I returned to my room to find that nothing had been touched. I had even left a thank you note with $5 tip when I left that morning. On checkout the clerk showed me the wording on the information sheet that said basically no housekeeping unless requested. I had checked in very late and did not read these instructions...why would I? It should have been made clear verbally and also when I made the reservation. In retrospect I got what I paid for. Would still have stayed with you but would have known ahead of time what to expect.
The other bummer was the ice machines on both floors were out of order. Again, a sign at the front desk would have been helpful.
