Gave us the wrong room and wouldn't do anything abou it
Cons:

We booked a 2 queen with sofa bed room for 5 people. When we arrived, we were given a 1 king with sofa bed room. We went to the front desk and asked why the change, but all they could say was they didn't have a room available because the one we were originally given needed extra cleaning. We asked if there were other options and were told we could book a second room to accommodate our group or we could cancel with no charge and find somewhere else to stay. We asked why we needed to pay for a second room when it wasn't our fault they had to change our room, but they just told us it was company policy. We even called the corporate office and were given all kinds of crap reasons it was our fault we were put in a room that was too small and they couldn't do anything because we booked through booking.com. We ended up finding another hotel with the room we needed and left after about 1 hour. The only positive, they didn't charge us for our 1 hour stay, but that is the only positive.

Pros:

Staff was awesome and very friendly.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point of barely getting any sleep. The facilities, pool/hot tub were not very clean and grossed us out pretty bad.

Wouldn't come back there ever again
Pros:

Honestly nothing much to say , rooms are dirty, hallways of the hotel haven't been vacuumed in a long time , dust on all furniture, the only positive thing is stuff were helpful

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Walls had some spots , dust on the furniture , restroom is not clean, our bed head some long hair from someone else , overall not a clean hotel. The floors on the hall way had a lot of trash pieces on them..pillows not comfortable

Pros:

Hot tub and pool were amazing. Room was clean and organized. Ac/heater quickly got to the correct room temp. Pillows were great, perfect number we used all of them every night.

Cons:

Bed was super firm and uncomfortable. Blankets kept me warm but had to go buy another blanket for my spouse.
