Worst Marriott experience ever
Pros:

Not at all the quality of a courtyard Marriott that I’m used to. Rooms were run down, no room refreshing, paint stains and carpet stains in the hallway, no security measures with keycard required to access elevators. Could hear toilets flushing in rooms adjacent. And they charged us $500/night bc it was an event weekend in the area. Very disappointing

Pros:

This is the worst stay I have ever had in an hotel. Marriott is known for its cleanliness and upscale amenities, but this property was shocking to see the condition. The bathroom was comparable to a laboratory bathroom.

It appears that if we use a third party to book our stay, the experience may be even worse. I will not book through a third party and will never stay at this property again. This is a very disappointing experience.
