Cons:

We booked a room for 5 people, specifically asking for the pull out cot. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room for the cot. When I asked staff for extras they gave me pillows with no pillow cases.

Decent hotel, but not worth the price.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were very kind, respectful, and helpful! The lady in the breakfast area was amazing and tried to keep up with the mess people were leaving and the food stocked up.

Cons:

The location isn’t the greatest. You can only go one way leaving the hotel. Our room didn’t get cleaned until our third day there, and only because I asked. We had garbage from food and toys stacked up. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible. They were short on towels and pillows. The hide-a-bed don’t have sheets, pillows, or blankets for it, I had to ask for them. When they finally cleaned, they didn’t make that bed or replace our towels.
