Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé
Pros:

Excellente situation géographique pour accéder aux lieux d’intérêts sans véhicule
Emplacement de parking privé
Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité du personnel (avons demandé si il était possible de changer de chambre pour éviter les nuisances sonores de la rue et de suite le jeune homme de l’accueil a vérifié les disponibilités et a gentillement accepté et ce avec le sourire 😀. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Merci à lui
Malgré que nous ne restions que deux nuits, il nous a été proposé un nettoyage de la chambre que nous n’avons pas accepté car non nécessaire mais cependant nos poubelles ont été vidées, ce qui était parfait
Rapport qualité/prix au top au vu des prestations et de l’emplacement
Possibilité de prendre un café le matin dans le hall de l’hôtel, c’est super…

Le personnel ne parle que espagnol, dommage que l’anglais ne soit pas pratiqué , cependant cela ne fût pas un gros problème avec les traducteurs sur téléphone, nous avons réussi à communiquer et se comprendre ´

Great all round accommodation, service and location
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed and free parking. Very comfortable room with good air conditioning. Lovely bar next door which did great food.

Located 5 blocks away from the main cathedral & plaza. Safe to walk around at night. Surrounded by restaurants. Spacious room.

Great people, but the room issues were disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful - everyone was so helpful and kind! I felt very safe during my stay as a solo traveler. The location is also very convenient, with everything you need nearby, including a laundry. A quick tip: you might have some issues with hot water, but if you tell the front desk, they’ll fix it right away.

Cons:

First of all, I was very cold in the room, and there was no hair dryer available, which was quite inconvenient. Most importantly, there were so many gnats (small flies) in the bathroom - it was way too many and definitely not normal.

Good basic hotel, quiet.
Pros:

The hotel is basic, but the room was large, and it was quiet. It was nice to park on site, in one of their two or three parking spaces.

The safety deposit box was not bolted down, defeating the purpose.

Una estancia maravillosa en el Hotel del Peregrino
Pros:

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Roberto, quien fue encantador y nos ayudó en todo momento con una sonrisa y mucha dedicación.

El ambiente del hotel es acogedor, limpio y tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de recorrer Mérida. Sin duda, si volvemos a la ciudad, repetiremos en el Hotel del Peregrino. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan cálida y especial! 💛
