It was fun not great! But I would come back again.
Cons:

Several slides were closed. Fresh towels in my room were not automatic. No receipt of my stay to my email at the end of my stay. Starbucks inside were not knowledgeable about Starbucks drinks and how to make. Not enough attendants for bowling or the game room. No one was there when we wanted to participate.

Room smelled like urine, when I spoke to the front desk about it the person there just acted like it was nothing major to address and apologize for after someone has spent their hard working money and traveled all the way out there. Cleanliness of the room for damn near $500 was just terrible. as a pregnant woman I had to ask housekeeping to use their cleaning products to re-clean our bathroom myself. I just wasn’t happy with the experience at all. The only thing that was nice was that my daughter enjoyed the water park for her birthday.

Very convenient location.
Pros:

The property is very close to Cedar Point and also has the water park, for days with bad weather where Cedar Point is not ideal. There are a few indoor (non-water park) game and crafts options, as well as indoor dining if needed. They also did shows for kids in the mornings and throughout the day. The property was clean and whenever we had a request (ie. our room did not have a Do Not Disturb sign available), they team followed through and brought one up when one was available without us having to request it again.

Cons:

The sheets did not fit the beds and the pillows were way too soft, which resulted in quite a bit of neck pain. The property could be a bit more modern given the price paid due to its proximity to Cedar Point. Great stay otherwise.

Pros:

We did like the waterpark, and it was nice it was so close to Ceder point
Good for the night stay
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotal
We did enjoy the wave pool and pool that went outside and insid, we also had fun on the raft ride

Cons:

The room looked like it was well loved
There were scuffs on the floor, dirt on the walls, and there were crumbs under one of the mattresses
We also noticed that our room could connect to the room beside us, and that would not have been a big deal until we saw that the door connecting the 2 was unlocked
We locked it, and we were glad we looked.

Cons:

Only 3 big slides were open some of the time. The only pool they have was closed most of the time also the hot tub area was closed all Saturday evening as well. We started to get bored of it because we expected all attractions to be open not just a wave pool and small children attractions. We were told by they are under staffed and that's why a lot of stuff was closed.

Pros:

They had lots of activities.. water park was nice nothing crazy.. was nice on the water.

Cons:

The rooms were very plain, beds were ok, ac unit was awful made the worst noises and only worked for a few hours then get hot and cool down again

Pros:

My son loved the Waterpark and I loved being right by the lake.

Cons:

On the morning we we're going to checkout I get a phone call from one of the staff saying I still owe another $180 and I said I will be downstairs when I checkou to find out why. he was saying I owe that which I did not believe what so ever.. . It wasn't that much, it ended up being 35$ that I owed when I checked out but I still didn't understand what that was for but liked that amount than 180$.

A nice place to stay and play.
Pros:

There was so much on site available

Cons:

Bed were not comfortable. And when in the room and trying to settle kids down, the tv and cable did not work. Most channels were not there and when we found a station(not a kids one) it glitched and cut out.

Really Disappointed
Pros:

The staff were rude, the beds were awful and the pillows flat, there was trash everywhere, and our in room phone was disgusting. The elevators were so small and dropped often. It was not worth the cost by any means. The location was nice, but the staff being so rude really took away from the experience for us and we won't stay here again, or at any Cedar Point/Six Flags properties. It was really disappointing.

Nice but not worth the expense with pool areas not opened
Pros:

The property itself is nicely maintained and well kept throughout. The rooms were nice but my bed was way more firm than my sons. I’d suggest testing mattresses frequently, mine I could feel the springs.

Cons:

As mentioned above the mattress.
Also at the water park they did not have all the slides or pool areas opened because they didn’t have life gaurds available for the area. My son was very upset because he wanted to try out some of the slides but they were closed.
