Pros:

My family enjoyed the wave pool and slides.. my youngest had a blast for hia birthday!

Cons:

We didn't like how small the elevators were, no other complaints really!!

Nice hotel, poor waterpark
Pros:

The location. Close to the amusement park and the mall and other shopping. Beds were comfortable and the bay view room was very pretty.

Cons:

80 percent of the water park attractions were closed there was no warning about closures either. We got bored quickly with no rides only the hot tub,wave pool and the splash bucket tower was open.

Maybe avoid.
Pros:

The price.... I had stayed here before, and it was way better then.

Cons:

A lot of the water attractions were shut down. The lifeguards didnt seem to want to equally enforce rules. The beds were uncomfortable.

Great place to spend a week or even a weekend.
Pros:

I love that it’s kid friendly with still things adults can do to feel Like a kid.they had the characters walking around and they actually enjoyed their selves. All the stuff was wonderful had smiles on there faces and so helpful with anything and everything. This place was clean and all around helpful

The Waterpark and arcade are nice.

Cons:

The hours of the Waterpark and Arcade should be different. You check in at 4 the Waterpark closes at 8 and the arcade at 10. The beds and pillows were kind of uncomfortable. The reception staff messed up my account by charging things they should not have to my bank. We ended up paying for our cedar point tickets twice and it has not been fixed. There should be chairs available on the patio.

Pros:

How close it was to Cedar Point.

Cons:

Room didn't have toilet paper, shower gel, hand bar soap. Linens had a terrible smell to it. The shower was dirty. Horrible. All the eateries were closed.

Extremely dissatisfied
Pros:

Room was not clean upon arrival; floors hadn’t been swept and cobwebs on the ceiling. Family suite is supposed to sleep 6-we had 4 and it was overcrowded. There were 2 chairs to sit at a small table- no other way for people to sit other than on the bed. Not enough hooks for towels and they did not provide clean towels daily. There was not enough privacy to change clothes; only door was to the toilet area.
Water park hours were not amenable to our schedule.

Stay away! Over priced!
Pros:

The hotel is basically a step up from Motel 8. It’s dirty, rooms are extremely damp and musky smelling. Moldy smelling and caked with dust. The hotel floors are also nasty. The arcade is obnoxiously priced for dollar tree toys. The water park is extremely warm and strong chlorine smelling. Closes at 8pm which is very inconvenient, only leaving the over priced arcade. Also the slides were closed inside the water park making it a waste. The location is nice if traveling cedar point. But way too overpriced for nasty, dirty, moldy, gross stay.

The staff of lifeguards was amazing. The programs and activities for the kids was very nice.

Cons:

The property looks a little dated, they didn't clean our room on the first day we had to call to get it cleaned. Not all of the water rides were open so we didn't get to try a few of them. Thought the outside swimming area would have been much larger. Didn't know that booking using booking.com wouldn't allow me to get the Cedar Point admission discounts. Not sure why they can't operate a shuttle to the park.
