Will find somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

The water park was great. Once the children spent most of the first day playing in the water, they didn't want to do that again. Also, the location was the best for dropping off and picking up. Staff was very pleasant and gave us clean towels
when we asked.

Cons:

Our room was small for three adults and two children. I paid extra for a sleeper chair and it was so lumpy and uncomfortable nobody slept in it. Our toilet had to wait 3 minutes between flushes. But the thing that really burned
me up was I paid extra for late check out (1:00pm). Our key stopped working at 11:00. We had to keep asking the
staff to let us in our room! If I pay for something that means you should of honored our room being open to us till1:00.
It just seemed like you wanted us to pay for all these extra (sleeper chair and late check out) then didn't care about the
customer as long as you got your money. Will find another hotel that cares about their customer satisfaction next time.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Castaway Bay! Everyone was super friendly, and we got into our room early. The room is very vibrant and welcoming, and overlooks the water, which is pretty. The waterpark was the highlight, and it was nice being so close to it. Each lifeguard was top-notch. In addition to the waterpark, there are crafts and shows throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was good as well. We would stay again!
