Great location not so great ride closures
Pros:

Location was great, theming of water park and hotels was perfect. Staff was great.

Cons:

Too many water park attractions were closed during our visit leaving open attractions with longer waits. Hotel is too expensive to have so many rides closed. Also no in-room room irons.

Famous Dave's restaurant (attached) served us completely raw chicken. The service was poor. Inside the hotel, it was better, but overall staff just seemed grumpy.

Das Hotel ist ganz auf die Bedürfnisse von Kindern ausgelegt und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Bade- und Rutschenlandschaft, die bei unserer Buchung inklusive war. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Essensmöglichkeiten - einzig normales Wasser hat gefehlt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Schon beim Beziehen fiel auf, dass man ab und zu einen Staubsauger, als auch Wischmopp nutzen sollte, stattdessen war der Dreck in den Ecken des Zimmers verteilt und während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthalts war nicht einmal der Zimmerservice da, um wenigstens den Müll zu entleeren.

More things for the little kids like swings and more slides . I had my great grandsons there the ages are 10 months and 2 years old. No lazy river.

It was clean and I liked they had numerous things inside for the kiddos to do🤩✅

Cons:

Everything was clean and the staff was nice. I can’t say there was anything I didn’t really like all. It was kind of disappointing that famous Dave’s doesn’t deliver to your room but other than that everything was wonderful.🥰🥰🥰👌🏻👍🏻🙌🏻🥳🥳

Verify waterpark hours
Pros:

Make sure you call and ask how long the waterpark will be open. I called multiple times and was assured we could swim day of check-in and day of check-out. Upon arrival, sign posted that says waterpark will close at 2pm the following day. No one ever brought this to my attention in any of my phone calls. If youre not open fully yet for the season, you need to notify your guests of that.

Great fun, and a great place for families to go!
Pros:

Great staff, nice rooms, the waterpark was exceptional for our age range kids (6&10)

Cons:

The only gripes I had was it took almost an hour to check in. Mostly from waiting in line. Only other oddity was the Starbucks made a caramel Frappuccino for us but had no coffee in it. Told my wife that all Starbucks make it like that with only “coffee flavoring” but it indeed comes with coffee. Thought it was odd. Tasted like a milkshake. Neither stop us from wanting to come again all around great experience.
