Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Zimmer, Lage und Frühstück haben mir sehr gut gefallen.Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich wohnte in der Dependance, man hätte mir anbieten können, den Koffer zu tragen von der Rezeption aus.

Pros:

Le quartier, cette partie de Hambourg est chargée d'histoire. Nous ne manquons de rien dans Notre appartement. Le personnel a disposition. Proximité du métro et de la gare.
Bref on a adoré

Cons:

Ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Murs très fin on entend les gens parler jusqu'à tard. Mais ce sont des détails.

The personnel at the front desk were wonderful & so helpful & the room so comfy
