It was lovely. This was a staycation for a friend's 30th birthday. It was perfect.
Pros:

I wanted to give a shout out to housekeeping. The card in our room said Maricela. Ibwas disappointed that I was not able to leave a tip using the card on file for the room. I never have cash on me and felt saddened I wasn't able to leave a tip. I appreciate the hard work of everyone I saw. Kyle at reception was amazing. The kitchen staff was excellent and thoughtful and I saw someone cleaning the base if the tables in the common area - how thorough! I was truly impressed! The plants in the pool area were healthy and beautiful. It lends a tropical feeling to the area and was just gorgeous.

Cons:

I am a gluten free person and while it may be outrageous, you asked, so it would be nice if when booking guests are asked if there are any allergies. I was jealous of my friends eating bagels and cookies. I had oatmeal and was fine.

nice would definitely return
Pros:

we didn't have much time at the facility we were racing at tri city raceway but the pool being 24 hr was great didn't eat there but it smelled great the only negative I would have is coffee station and the cups with the lids that fall off the cup

Clean/Comfortable/Friendly Staff
Pros:

Came here on New Years Eve to get away from all the firework in our neighborhood. Hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good for a hotel.
