Pros:

Breakfast was over before 9am and they had NOTHING out to eat. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The payment process was overly complicated. The pillows for the room we're seemingly random? Bathroom had no toiletries. Elevator was far away and the other one was broken.

All of that considered, it was horrible. I'd expect a little better but for the price I'd say it was okay.

Cons:

Stinky and felt gross. Pictures definitely do not match the website pictures. I thought we were going to a regular hotel but it gave motel vibes. Also staff was asleep when we got there and was rude because we woke him up when we arrived at 01:45.

This hotel does not deserve to carry the La Quinta name. It’s filthy, in need of many upgrades.

Convenient but not the best
Pros:

It was close to the venue we needed to be and walking distance to restaurants near by

Cons:

It had a very weird smell. Almost like animal urine. There was garbage scattered across hallways, and the fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay

Only book this facility as a last resirt for the area.
Cons:

Missing fire protection device in room. 4 of 5 pillows stained behind pillow cases. Breakfast wasn’t out by 7:15a so I went elsewhere. Front desk staff member was pleasant but not dressed professionally. Facility is in major need of renovations and staff were using the pool fence to dry linens.

Booking dot com reservation was valid at check-in
After several tries thru phone and web site,
Had to cancel and rebook thru Wynham web site.
Booking dot Com really let me down.

I love this hotel chain but this hotel and this stay was very disheartening
Pros:

Not much unfortunately

Cons:

Wet carpet in room and smelled. Towels had yellow stains. Front desk person was a bit rude to me when I told him I paid for two pets on the app. He said to me twice in a rude accusing manor “no you didn’t!” Continental breakfast was very thin of anything like fruit and muffins only 30 minutes after it was put out.

Horrible
Pros:

Didn’t get a chance to enjoy breakfast staff was rude and breakfast choice was horrible.

Cons:

The staff, customer service and dirty room. Mold on the ceiling and water and dirt stains on the walls.
