Pros:

Splendido in ogni sua espressione. La camera, lo staff, la colazione, il ristorante, la posizione, la Spa, l'arredo. Che altro dire, è stato un soggiorno perfetto grazie all'organizzazione e alla premura di un personale cordiale e preparato. Senza dubbio un dieci meritatissimo e, se posso consigliare, il ristorante è da provare!

Prima di tutto non posso che ringraziare TUTTI i ragazzi dello Staff. Da quelli della sala colazione alle ragazze delle pulizie. SUPERBI. Ma in particolare Angelica, Gomathi e Alessandro (e l'altro Collega del quale i non ricordo il nome - molto giovane ed educato-) hanno lasciato il segno -POSITIVO Ovviamente- in me e mia moglie. Bravi Ragazzi!!!!!! Continuate cosi!!!

Cons:

Continuare la vacanza in compagnia di uno Staff piu unico che raro.

Cons:

Montecatini Terme did not impress us, but we chose the hotel for relaxation and not location. Montecatini Alto is well worth a trip though

Un soggiorno incantevole da ricordare!
Abbiamo scelto l’LHP Hotel di Montecatini Terme per celebrare due occasioni speciali: il 50° anniversario di matrimonio dei nostri genitori e il nostro anniversario. La scelta non avrebbe potuto essere migliore!

Una struttura elegante e raffinata, con camere confortevoli, pulizia impeccabile, ambienti comuni curati e una meravigliosa piscina sul tetto, dalla quale si gode un panorama davvero suggestivo. Ottimi anche i servizi della SPA e il ristorante, che propone una cucina eccellente, curata nella qualità e nella presentazione. La posizione dell'hotel inoltre consente di raggiungere la stazione dei treni con una breve passeggiata e poter visitare facilmente Firenze e Lucca.

Ciò che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stata la professionalità di tutto il personale, sempre disponibile e gentile, capace di coniugare un servizio di alto livello con un piacevole tocco di familiarità.

Un ringraziamento sincero va a tutti, dalla reception al personale ai piani, fino al ristorante e all'amministrazione. Vorremmo poter citare ciascuna delle persone incontrate, ricordiamo con particolare piacere Angelica del front desk, Ilaria dell'amministrazione e Gaetano del ristorante.

È stata un'esperienza davvero incantevole, che ha reso ancora più speciali le nostre ricorrenze e per cui la Direzione ci ha fatto un gentile e apprezzato omaggio.

Grazie a tutti per la splendida ospitalità e la gentilezza. Speriamo di tornare presto!
