Perfect hotel in idyllic location
Pros:

Everything! Beautiful warm welcome from when we arrived in Reception, nothing too much trouble, our bags kindly taken to our room. Lovely, very comfortable room, immaculately clean, comfy bed, quality bedding, plenty of extra pillows and bedding available, great, quiet refrigerator. Hi spec bathroom, plentiful of towels and great toiletry products. We absolutely loved our outside space overlooking the breathtaking view of the lake., when having our first coffee of the day, thanks to you providing a tea tray with a kettle and cups. The pool area is a little piece of heaven on earth. Waiting staff work very hard, polite and professional to guests. We had several meals here, all hearty and delicious, reasonably priced, all enhanced by that VIEW! We can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for taking care of our luggage, transporting us by buggy and arranging our taxi. We just can’t wait to return to this historic town of Limone, and visit the abundance of eateries centred around this stunning vista. Thank you!

Come una fiaba
Pros:

Albergo delizioso, camera da sogno con il terrazzo vista sul lago, posizione davvero top, sembrava di stare in un altro mondo. Limone è un borghetto davvero fuori dal mondo e dal tempo.
Il personale gentile, in particolare la ragazza mora alla reception: capace, professionale e simpatica, con sempre una parola carina o la battuta pronta. Una nota positiva va anche all'addetto ai trasporti albergo-parcheggio per la sua pazienza ed educazione estrema (guidare nelle ore di punta a Limone non è semplice, devi farti spazio tra le persone e lui è sempre rimasto calmissimo).

Cons:

Unica pecca negativa è stata la responsabile (o direttrice o titolare, non so, ma era quella che gestiva un pó tutto e tutti). Capisco sia un lavoro impegnativo e stressante ma la trovavamo ogni giorno arrabbiata, polemica, che urlava dietro ai ragazzi che lavoravano (molto brutto da vedere, i richiami non si fanno trattando male e mancando di rispetto alle persone, specialmente poi davanti ai clienti). Pure la sera sotto il nostro terrazzo urlava al telefono. Consiglio di dotarle di un ufficio, per gestire queste cose dietro le quinte, perché rovina la pace e l'umore di questo posto magico. Comunque do 5 stelle perché nel complesso è stata una vacanza memorabile.

Pros:

Perfecte ligging meteen aan het meer in de gezellige drukte.
We verbleven in het bijgebouw met ramen die rechtstreeks op het meer uitkeken. Zwembad was schoon,verzorgd en fijn. We hadden geen last van het lawaai op straat 's-avonds

Cons:

De lift kraakte en piepte nogal bij het instappen.......
