Cons:

We had a problem checking in. We booked on booking.com which showed a king bed and a sofa bed. When we got there, there was no sofa bed. Since we had 3 people, that wouldn't work. We told the girl at the counter n she had to contact her manager who was off site. He needed to see our email confirmation from Booking. I sent the emails to him. Then she had to call him back. The problem was they didn't have a room like we had seen. After much back n forth he gave us a room with 2 beds which worked fine. However, this process took about an hour. We were sooo tired after driving all day... The manager said he was trying to figure our if it was their mistake or Bookings.

Pros:

It was a good comfy room with great facilites, the staff were so helpful and the breakfast was good. Located close to restaurants and the freeway

Cons:

The road was a bit noisy but it calmed down later, didn't affect my good night's sleep
