The staff is what made the stay great. The hotel itself was not as customer friendly as most of yhe 5 star hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan

Really wonderful hotel, exceptional breakfast and the staff were really helpful. I’d highly reccomend this hotel.
Pros:

Very modern and sleek, a fabulous ambiance and decor. Well situated with easy access to the Pontacho Dori street which was great for food. Buffet breakfast was great with a mix of western and Japanese food.

Cons:

Despite the room being amazing, it had smoked glass instead of a window which made it feel a bit claustrophobic and you had no idea what the weather was doing until you left the room.
