Pros:

Nice hotel on the beach front at Haeundae Beach
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel. Right on the beach. When we arrived the welcome was lovely. It has the most spectacular fitness centre, had everything a regular gym goer needs and more. There is an indoor pool you could do laps in but lots of rules around when and times.

Cons:

There were only 3 lifts and it was not unusual to wait at least 5 minutes sometimes 10, very annoying. On our first morning we left our room to head to the gym and we were hassled by the cleaner about wanting to clean our room. We said they could clean after we returned which would have been around 9.30am. She was not happy. And when my husband returned before me she wanted to know how much longer. We complained and it never happened again. We needed something from concierge one morning so went to the desk and there was no one do we went to the checking desk and there was no one. Then a staff member came and said what do you want? You need to ask us for anything between X-Y time like it was written somewhere. Which it was not.

C’est un très gros hôtel très familial. La piscine est rempli d’enfants.
Le rapport qualité prix de la chambre est bon, mais après tout est très cher comme service auxiliaire.

Amazing stay for our family
Pros:

We booked a kids room with ocean view and our toddler loved going to bed on the boat bed. The hotel has really considered a family's experience, especially inside the room having a kid's bed, stool in the bathroom and bath products too. We especially enjoyed the hotel facilities including bath, sauna, steam room and gym. The pools were exceptional both indoor and outdoor, and also having shallow options for kids. They also provided floating vests for kids. All staff were friendly and very helpful they even sharpened our toddlers colouring pencils. Thank you for an amazing stay we hope to come back in the future.

Cons:

We didn't try the buffet breakfast as it was a bit too much for our budget. It would be great if they provided a second option.
The room could be bigger with a seating area.

Pros:

Rooms are big, clean and well furnished. Staff are lovely. In-house convenience store + Starbucks are elite. The gym is very good. And very well located right next to the beach.

Cons:

It was disappointing to be asked to pay for loungers by the pool. There aren’t enough elevators so it takes a while to get up and down.

Comfortable and luxurious stay by the beach in Busan
Pros:

The bedding is really incredible and comfortable.
The room is big and well decorated, with an impressive view on the ocean.
The breakfast is very good and offers a great variety of both salty and sweet products.
The location is convenient, the hotel is by one of the main beaches of Busan, close to the Blue line park, and there are affordable restaurants and cafes in the area. The driveway is very convenient, as it is necessary to take the taxi to visit touristic sites across the city.

Cons:

The quality of breakfast tea and coffee is really below what we could expect, no taste at all. On top of that, it is not self service and you need to queue.
The pool gets pretty crowded, and you cannot really swim because people don’t respect the swim lanes.
In such big rooms, toilets should be separate from the bathroom.
