Schönes Hotel an bester Lage
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Strand und bei der belebten Flaniermeile mitRestaurants und Shops. Sehr schöner Empfangsbereich. Poolbereich grosszügig und modern. Gute Aufsicht. Nettes Personal. Bewuems Bett.

Cons:

Ausstattung nicht ganz 5-Sterne-konform. Keine Gestell für Koffer (zweiten Koffer), mehr Kinder als Erwachsene in den Swimmingpools, Aufsichspersonal etwas zu polizeimässig, Restaurant und Barbereich zwar schön, aber nur zugänglich, wenn ganze ubd kostspielige Menüs konsumiert werden. Für Abenddrink gingen wir entsprechend ins Paradise nebenan. Kaffee tranken wir auswärts. Wirbekamen nicht das reservierte Zimmer. Rezeptionisten erklärten uns, die Zimmerkategorie sei dieselbe. Überprpfen liess sich das nicht. Wir hatten jedenfalls kein Sofa im Zimmer wie angegeben. Zimmer nicht gut beleuchtet.

Localização excelente e vista incrível da praia.

Cons:

Toalhas pequenas e pouquíssimas opções nos restaurantes, com várias restrições no cardápio a partir de certas horas do dia (mesmo em horários compatíveis com uma refeição).

Ein gutes Hotel, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Es gibt ein tolles Sportstudio.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und wirken teilweise bereits durchgelegen. Das Frühstück ist aus unserer Sicht deutlich überteuert.

Für das gesamte Hotel stehen lediglich drei Fahrstühle zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der großen Anzahl an Gästen kommt es regelmäßig zu langen Wartezeiten, was teilweise sehr störend ist.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Gäste ihre Wäsche kostenlos waschen und trocknen können. Allerdings empfanden wir das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin, die den Waschraum betreut, als sehr unangemessen: Während die Trockner noch liefen, öffnete sie die Tür der Trockner und sprühte Reinigungsmittel hinein, obwohl sich darin noch die Wäsche anderer Gäste befand. Diese kam dadurch definitiv mit dem Reinigungsspray in Kontakt. Das haben wir als sehr übergriffig empfunden.

Standard hotell med stjärnor. Ingenting exceptionellt förutom läget.
Jag ville se havet när jag vaknade och det fick jag 😊.

Poolen är gratis dock du behöver tydligen checka in vid plan 6 receptionen om du vill använda poolen. Jag fattar inte varför när folk kommer och gå till poolen. Vissa gjorde det och vissa inte.

Fint omklädningsrumm vid poolen.
Ta med egen badmössa och badglasögon om du vill köra dina motionslap i inomhuspoolen. Annars får du inte använda motions lane. Motions lane är bara till vuxna.

Cons:

Utomhuspoolen är liten.
Snacks cafe vid poolen är så dyrt 😅.
Tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren var smutsiga. Det märks att de inte har gjort maskin rengöring på länge. Detta har jag dock meddelat direkt till receptionen så hoppas att de har genomfört rengöring efteråt.

Tips från mig är att använda tvättmaskinen tidigt på morgonen vid ca kl. 5 på morgonen. Eftersom det inte är tidsbegränsad för att använda dessa. Under dagen och kvällen är det typ omöjligt att få tid för att använda maskinen om du inte bor på samma våning som tvättmaskinen och kunde kolla aktiv maskinerna.
