From the moment we arrived, Lori greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of right away. Any questions or requests we had were handled with care and efficiency, and she always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and smooth.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located.

Spent a few days around the Haeundae area towards the end of our first South Korea trip and it was a fantastic choice to have stayed at Grand Josun Busan. I thought I would have to ask them to hold my luggage since I arrived way before check-in time but the staff was so accommodating and gave us our room right away. We were too busy exploring the area to really take advantage of he hotels' amenities but this gives us a reason to come back. Look forward to our future stay at Grand Josun.

We loved our stay at the hotel on the last leg of our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, as is the setting on the beach. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Eddy from the Front Office went above & beyond to see if he could arrange for our luggage to be shipped back to Seoul. Should we find ourselves back in Busan, we will stay here again.

This is a fantastic property with great views, delicious food, and impeccable service. I had missed my flight to Busan due to a delayed connection so I arrived a whole day later. I was very tired and weary from an eternal nightmare journey, but Mr. Eddy Cha warmly welcomed me, very quickly checked me in and patiently answered all of my questions. And when it was time to check out, Eddy once again stepped up and helped me with the Vat refund invoice. He’s really good at his job! In fact, I had such a nice stay that I’ve already booked my next stay at Grand Josun!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a short vacation. Since it was summer in Haeundae, the lively atmosphere actually made the holiday feel even more exciting. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful benefits offered during our stay.

1. Unlike some hotels in Seoul that charge extra for pool access, the swimming pool here was included. It wasn’t large, but the outdoor pool offered a beautiful ocean view, which made it special.

2. The minibar was complimentary for one use. Although the selection was simple, it felt like a small, personal treat for guests.

3. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I especially liked how fresh the linens and towels were.

4. There were staff members stationed throughout the hotel, so it was easy to ask for directions or tips about local attractions.

5. I also liked that the floor wasn’t carpeted — it felt much cleaner and dust-free.

The only minor downside was that the elevators were quite small compared to the number of rooms. Since it was the holiday season, there were many families staying, so we had to wait a bit longer during checkout time. Still, with so many positive aspects, that wasn’t a big issue.
Overall, it was a wonderful summer getaway, and I’d love to come back again.

Brian Han & Mike provided excellent service ！Their smiles were so warm and welcoming! The hotel’s location is perfect , just a short walk to the lively downtown area and right next to the beach. It’s truly the best choice in Haeundae!

We stayed at the Grand Josun Busan for seven nights, for our first visit to Busan. Overall, we thought this was a fantastic hotel for our needs.

Firstly, we chose the Premier Ocean View King and the view of Haeundae Beach was simply incredible. Seeing the beach and the sea every day (luckily we had sunshine every day) was truly amazing. However, we would say that the soundproofing of the windows could be improved as we could hear the noise of the speakers from the beach every night. The size of the room was massive, with a huge king sized bed, sofa and tables, with lots of storage space. We would say that the bathroom was on the small side, with a shower in the bathtub. Housekeeping were great, and cleaned the room perfectly. There is no turn-down service, but we found we didn't need it given we were exploring Busan every day.

Secondly, the breakfast and facilities were great. As part of our stay, we had buffet breakfast at the Aria. The buffet was good, with numerous food and drink options but no hot chocolate. That said, the staff here were truly exceptional, as they went to the effort of making separate halal food for members of our family. We have never had this before, and we really want to thank the hotel for doing this, especially since it was at no extra charge. We also used the swimming pool, both outdoors and indoors, once during our stay. There were various pools suitable for children, which was very convenient for us, and there were two lifeguards always around (just in case!).

Thirdly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. As stated before, the hotel is right on the beach which was lively and had lots of restaurants (and Olive Young!) locally, along with the main road and Haeundae Market. There was also quite a few bus stops and Haeundae Station, so travelling around Busan (mainly by bus) was very easy.

Lastly, and most importantly, we really want to praise the staff. They were all very helpful and super friendly to us, especially our child (which seemed to be very common in Busan!). We have two instances that really stand-out to demonstrate this. The first was when we checked out of the hotel and called an Uber taxi to take us to Busan Station. When the Uber arrived, they immediately cancelled stating three suitcases and a collapsable pram was too much, and could damage his car. This was incredibly frustrating given we had the KTX train to catch. However, a member of staff (whose name we did not catch unfortunately), immediately called another taxi which arrived within minutes and took us immediately to Busan Station, taking shortcuts and toll-roads to get us there. The price was also just as cheap as Uber! We'd like to thank this man, who helped us on 31 October 2025 at 9am (he also wore black glasses!). We hope Grand Josun Busan can find him and convey our thanks. The second instance, or rather person, was Chae-Eun who checked us in to the Aria for breakfast every morning. She was so friendly, especially to our little one, playing with her when we went to get coffee and really making her happy at breakfast. Chae-Eun didn't have to do this, but she took the time to play with our daughter which was really lovely to see. She also came over on her last day (Thursday 30) to say bye to us, and gave a big hug to our little one. We really thank Chae-Eun for making us feel welcome, and we hope Grand Josun Busan can convey our message to her and recognise how great an employee she is!

All in all, we'd highly recommend this hotel in Busan, whether you wanted to solely relax by the beach, do lots of sight-seeing, or a combination of the two!

We stayed at the Grand Josun for the second time last April and we didn’t even look around for other hotels in Haeundae because our first experience the year before was top notch.

The location is perfect with the hotel being a stones throw away from Gunam-ro which is the main tourist street along with perfect beach access. The rooms were excellent and the housekeeping staff were always courteous and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. But a special shoutout to Lory Lee (이가윤) at the front office. Whenever she worked her shift, she was very professional, kind, and exceptional at taking care of every request and question we had. She always went above and beyond for us and I really appreciated that.

We plan to visit Busan every year indefinitely and Grand Josun will always be our first choice when we stay in Haeundae, and I certainly hope Lory is there for us every time!

i’m staying during October , after a long trip from dubai , i can say this hotel is the best destination to relax in , one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my travels! The staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. Special thanks to Jacob at the front desk for his time and kindness in explaining the city also answering all our questions without any hesitation ,
i’d like to extend my thank to Manager Sylvia Kim for her thoughtful service. Manager Dong Yeop Lee was also wonderful and very thoughtful ! , he even offered us an upgrade after a small misunderstanding , which i didnt even ask for , when the incidence happened i was totally okay with it as it was minor , however, all what i can say , the hospitality is exceptional and a very very professional service .
