Exceptional luxury hotel
Pros:

Everything was to high standard and the staff treats you like royalty. Best location on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Room was faultless in every aspect. Great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools and a convenience store onsite.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant prices were on the high side (although I believe the standard there to be as fantastic as the rooms) so we didn't eat here.

Too beautiful that you have to fight yourself to wether to stay there and relax or see other places..
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel and it feels really nice being there..

Cons:

Maybe there is no direct access to the beach before 10 am and have to walk to main entrance hall.

Amazing hotel right on the beach
Pros:

Haeundae area was wonderful and i only wished we could have stayed there longer. The hotel was beautiful right on the beach which made it very easy to go swimming in the beach. The location is half way down The beach so both ends are easy to get to. The swimming pools and gym were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff were efficient and helpful and the swimming pool lifeguards were very profesional. The bedroom was nice although i wished there had been bedrooms facing the sea when i booked, sadly there were none left. The breakfast was very enjoyable too, with a wide variety of food and hot and cold drinks. I especially enjoyed the rice porridge which was lovely and the cafe which was made by a batista.

飯店裡的服務人員都很友善，也會幫忙拿行李、甚至最後離開的時候，因為我們行李比較多，協助我們叫了2台車離開，真的是很友善

飯店的泳池、桑拿真的太讚了！距離熱鬧的大街、沙灘非常近，有絕佳的地理位置跟海景，我在這裡度過一個很美好的假期！讓我非常難忘！有機會再來這裡的話，一定會再回來入住的

Cons:

整間飯店裡的洗衣機跟烘衣機只有各2台，真的太少了，每洗一次就要一個半小時，烘又一個半小時，所以很難搶到洗衣機，只能提早起床去搶

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto, la posizione direttamente sulla splendida Haeundae Beach è impagabile e permette di godere di panorami meravigliosi a qualsiasi ora del giorno.
Viaggiavamo con nostra figlia di 2 anni e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione e la professionalità dello staff, sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera era elegante, spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.
La colazione è stata eccellente, con un'ampia scelta di proposte sia internazionali che coreane, tutte di grande qualità. Le piscine e le aree comuni sono curate nei minimi dettagli e rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
