We had an outstanding stay!
Pros:

I'd like to say our stay was fantastic! The staff at Hampton Inn - Tuscaloosa-University, AL was simply outstanding. Special mention to Pam G. Our room was maintained in excellent condition through our entire stay! The location was convenient, the amenities were in fantastic condition and the staff was friendly and professional.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly especially Anthony. The room was clean and very comfortable and spacious. Restaurant and golfing next door. The location is close to everything

One of the Best!
Pros:

Amazing staff. Very friendly and the facility is immaculate. This is exactly what you want when you book a Hampton Inn. The location is great as it is right off campus and near some good eateries. Not very far from shopping either. This place checks all the boxes.

Excellent! My only wish is the Hampton Inn in Millington TN wasn’t sold out for the weekend!😏
Pros:

The property was very well maintained and manicured. Excellent location, EVERY staff person we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast.

$$$ over loyal Customers!!!

This hotel will sell your valid reservation from under you! Booked 2 nights in OCTOBER for APRIL Morgan Wallen concert. Due to weather, we were delayed into Birmingham. Called to say we are still coming. Then arrived to find Avis left us high and dry w/o a rental car. Called this hotel to say we are still coming. They told us no problem we will keep your reservation. Arrived to be told no room available. While we wait for the nice lady to talk to corporate office, we hear her tell callers to call back in an hour for possible room. What? You have no rooms? Not “our type of room” she answers. Our type of room was a normal rate vs. their jacked up rate they preferred to get over a customer who planned way ahead. Terrible business practice!!! We get the picture Hampton Inn, you prefer $$$ over loyal customers. We had to find a hotel an hour away as Hampton bumped us for the cash grab. Never again Hampton!

Musty smell
Pros:

The moment you walk in, there’s a strong musty smell. It seems like the carpets may have been recently cleaned but not properly dried. I woke up with a sore throat and congestion, which makes me concerned about the air quality and possible mold issues. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again
