Pretty gross
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

It smelled bad, bed was very uncomfortable, lots of people just hanging out in cars in the parking lots. It needs a lot of renovations. Could see the outdoors through the door when closed, mildew in shower.

No picnic table piece of shit outside other than the pool, but it opened too late in the morning. I like to drink my coffee outside.
