Pros:

I wasn't able to make the reservation and booked throw booking ,and they would let me change it. So I missed out on$$

Comfortable and great value
Pros:

Nice big airy room. I needed a slightly later than normal checkout and the staff were very helpful in letting me do this.

Cons:

I don't like seeing $3 water bottles in the room.

I felt like I was staying at the Bates Hotel in the basement.
Pros:

The place was quiet, and the staff, bartender and were friendly and the coffee bar was good.

Cons:

The room we were placed in was in the lower lever. The place was very dated and smelled like smoke. Although it was a smoke free area. The room was ok except: the tub was dirty, the toilet was loose from the floor, there were smashed bugs on the walls. Clearly no one really wiped the room/bathroom down. Thank God I travel with cleaning supplies. I was not happy, first stay and last.

we moved rooms, our stay was improved, will not be staying at that hilton again

Terrible for myself and the other 15 rooms in our group that were rented
Pros:

Nothing overbooked a conference that did not mix with children no even able to eat at restaurant

Cons:

I had no heat or hot water and front staff other then Haley were very unhelpful worst Hilton location I ever stayed at
