gênant d'entendre chaque métro qui passe dans la chambre jusqu'à l'arrêt nocturne de la ligne de métro et réveil de même dès la reprise de la circulation du métro , un douche pas pratique du tout ,sans parois ni bac ,qui inonde toute la salle de bain!!...

La zona della reception dove c'è un salotto con distributore d'acqua gratuito e giochi per bambini.

Cons:

Camera piccola, bagno minuscolo e organizzazione delle pulizie da incubo. In 4 giorni non sono mai riusciti a pulire la camera prima delle 14, viaggiando con una bimba di 3 anni che ha bisogno di riposare dopo pranzo è stato molto scomodo, ai limiti delle condizioni di servizio. Il primo giorno, quando siamo tornati in hotel verso le 14:00, la nostra camera non era stata pulita. Dopo aver chiesto che le pulizie venissero effettuate dopo le 16:00 per non disturbare il nostro riposo, una dipendente si è presentata alle 16:05, ma non è più tornata dopo aver constatato che occupavamo ancora la camera.
Il secondo giorno, al nostro ritorno verso le 15:00, la camera non era ancora stata pulita. Ho dovuto richiedere l’intervento della reception e ricordare che la pulizia non era stata effettuata nemmeno il giorno precedente. La camera è stata infine pulita verso le 15:30.
Infine, il terzo giorno, nonostante avessi richiesto alla reception che le pulizie venissero effettuate tra le 10:00 e le 13:00, la camera non era ancora stata pulita quando siamo tornati alle 16:15.
Inoltre, ho segnalato anche un problema con l’aria condizionata nella camera, in particolare nella zona del letto matrimoniale. L’impianto di climatizzazione funziona correttamente solo nella parte in cui si trova il divano letto, mentre la zona del letto principale rimane insufficientemente rinfrescata, il che rende difficili le condizioni di riposo. Problema mai risolto.

Very good.
Pros:

We were glad the air conditioning worked efficiently. We could not have managed without it during the extreme heatwave. The room was very small but there was space to store clothes and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was compact, but clean and the shower was easy to use. Cleaning took place every day of our stay. The room was quiet and the view was on to a shady street at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

Location was good for our purposes but was a short walk from the nearest métro (Place d'Italie). The front of the hotel is located on the avenue d'Italie, which is a wide and busy road.

More than disappointing for Ibis.
Pros:

The best thing about Ibis hotels is the breakfast, and the buffet at Ave d'Italie was excellent, as well as the breakfast staff.

Cons:

The room was tiny, not enough space to open a suitcase, so we had to be inventive. The staff displayed the bare necessitities of reception, but once registered, all attention was on the computer or on each other, so there was no friendly smile as one departed, returned or moved about the premises. More makeup than manners seems to be the standard, with no little touches of humanity that make the difference to one's stay. But to top it off, there was no free baggage storage (beyond 2 hours) and, quite frankly, we find this to be more than disappointing, but actually disgusting, to not offer clients this simple service. We'll be reconsidering our loyality to the brand.

Ok für den Preis aber mehr auch nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und die Lobi isch schön modern.

Cons:

Die Handtücher wurden mehrere mal vergessen. Die Putzfrauen kamen erst am Nachmittag als wir schonwieder zurück waren also haben sie dann nicht geputzt.
