Cons:

The room was listed as available on booking.com when i got there they did not have the room i paid for which was 2 beds. There was only 1 bed so i paid $200 to sleep in a CHAIR. Staff had a attitude and would not review my booking.com confirmation number to even try to accommodate me

Pros:

How clean the room was! The staff are very friendly and courteous!

Cons:

The ice maker didn't work on the 5th floor! But the hotel is very nice and comfortable and clean!
