Amazing World Cup Experience
Pros:

Wow! One of the most amazing experiences i've ever had. We went for the World Cup and came early in the morning for the game thinking we would just have to store our bags and check in later - not only did our room get upgraded to PH on my birthday but it was ready upon check in before the game. The room/stay was truly fantastic. The location was prime for game day. The staff were so kind and helpful. One of the best days!!

Cons:

A small thing, but a few times before the games the TVs outside were on the wrong channel (the World Cup games switch between Fox and FS1 depending on the game throughout the day). When we notified them, it seemed like an issue to just change the channel to the correct channel (especially at the oustide pool area). A couple times the game would switch to the right channel a few minutes before the match, or one time it was 10 min after a match started, which was kind of disappointing.

Great stay, location and value. Bring an HDMI cable because the TV’s aren’t smart

Great location, staff, views.

Cons:

TVs were not smart TVs so you’re stuck with the old school scrolling unless you brought an HDMI cable. We booked two rooms but they didn’t not put them by each other. Thankfully the staff did their best but it took half an hour to get it sorted out

Experience it Once
Pros:

Need to experience. Travel down to the Dallas Fort Worth area for business. We stayed here. The lodging is a little expensive and the food is pricey, but the atmosphere is awesome your in walking distance of the cowboy Stadium and the ballpark in Arlington.

Wedding Anniversary trip
Pros:

We stayed one night for our wedding Anniversary and were very happy with the accommodations. The hotel staff signed a card for us and left a bottle of Champagne in the room. What a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is really convenient to Globe Life Field. Not to mention the fantastic nightlife at Live which is basically attached to the hotel. We plan on making this an annual trip. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

This place is wonderful! Great location for a Rangers game and for Texas Live! The staff was so wonderful. Beautiful hotel and room. I will stay there again!

Pros:

Location and staff were excellent.

Cons:

It was noisy from the Live venue and then at 2 am with closing doors. But we slept okay after all that. Ear plugs would fix that.
