The stay was great, but the cooks need to be retrained on preparation of food for customers with allergies.
Pros:

Great location next to Globe stadium and Texas live all within walking distance.

Cons:

After the game, we went to the bar at live for some drinks and dessert. The dessert ‘s that were ordered had to be sent back three times. My wife has peanut allergies and the kitchen wasn’t sensitive to her needs.

Pros:

The room had a view of the stadium, grounds and pool that was lovely during the day and beautiful at night. Cleaning service was outstanding. Each day we were refreshed with towels and the room straightened and made up. This happened during the day - not someone banging on our door at 8 or 9am in the morning. We could relax in the very comfortable bed.
Service at SOAK was outstanding. One day I had the pool area all to myself for practically the whole day! Gorgeous infinity pool with loungers and umbrellas. Had a nice resort feel. Next time we are going to reserve a cabana. Had apps and drinks in the bar area. Apps were ok. Drinks were fabulous. I had a delicious salad by the pool and drinks from SOAK.

Cons:

One restaurant available and its small. The clover club was booked for a private party every night we we were there and never open during the day. We ended up going across the street to the regular Loews for more dining options. They need to add another dining option if a whole restaurant is not going to be available to guests.
