It was a pleasant stay!
Pros:

The hotel is nice. Great location. Very nice breakfast including eggs, bacon/sausage. The curtains in the room were thick so I had a great sleep! The beds were comfortable. No weird smells - super important to me😄

Room was clean and quiet.
Did not try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
Staff very friendly, and they speak very good english so communication was super smooth.
They also have 24/7 reception which is always a plus.

Cons:

Can't see any downsides. Location is good, very central close to the Paris opera, very close to the metro station as well.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean room, exceptional breakfast. Our room was very quiet. Neighborhood is very safe and location between Opera Garnier and Champs Elysees puts you in a perfect spot for Paris visit.

Soggiorno nel cuore dell città
Pros:

Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalla metro e dalle attrazioni principali. Stanza pulita e silenziosa, abbiamo avuto un upgrade rispetto alla prenotazione iniziale. La ragazza alla reception parlava benissimo italiano, cosa non scontata e molto apprezzata.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche due bottiglie d’acqua e bollitore per tisane.
Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile! 💝

Cons:

Camera abbastanza piccola, non c’era il comodino da una delle due parti del letto e ci siamo arrangiati con un tavolino.
Colazione troppo costosa, abbiamo preferito farla al bar.
Nel complesso il prezzo un pochino alto rispetto alle aspettative.

(Da italiana ho sofferto la mancanza del bidet ma ovviamente non è colpa dello staff o dell’hotel🤗)
