Ausgesprochen netter und zuvorkommend Rezeptionist. Wir haben direkt unter dem Hotel einen Parkplatz bekommen, dafür wurde extra herumtelefoniert!

Pros:

The room was nice and tidy and in a good location.

Cons:

The aircon wasn't working correctly and was making the room hot instead of cold. The fridge also had this whirring high pitch sound that kept me from sleeping until I unplugged it from the wall.

Petit déjeuner. La personne qui s’occupe du service qui traîne des pieds, qui ne ravitaille pas, il faut demander à chaque fois, il n’y avait plus de pain, plus d’œufs, il a fallu demander pour qu’elle en apporte à nouveau. Très mauvais service.

Perfecte locatie, mooi hotel.
Pros:

- Zeer nette kamer! Hygiëne waren 10/10
- Ruime kamer
- Parking aan het hotel was een pluspunt
- Perfecte locatie om Parijs te verkennen

Cons:

- Het ontbijt is zijn geld naar onze mening niet waard. Beperkt aanbod. Werd bijna niet aangevuld. Geen lekkere koffie … Vrouw dat het ontbijt “begeleide” was niet vriendelijk, liep rond met oortje in haar oren en zat ondertussen met haar mond open te kauwen op een kauwgom.
- In het algemeen vond ik het personeel niet vriendelijk. Wat heel spijtig isS Zowel telefonisch (ik had op voorhand gebeld), als bij de receptie kwamen er weinig woorden aan te pas. Ik vind dit echter wel even belangrijk dan de netheid van de kamer. Dit is voor ons een minpunt.

Charged for the wrong dates due to a website bug, then refused an immediate cancellation
Pros:

Booked on their website, which had a bug: after an auto-refresh, it reset the filtered dates to today instead of the dates we wanted. So we paid by mistake and called immediately - seconds after booking - to cancel and rebook the correct dates. They had this info, knew it was a technical screw up on their website, yet they refused, saying a last-minute discount had been applied. Yes, we should have double-checked the dates, but this was an obvious mistake we tried to fix instantly, and the receptionist had literally just received the booking when I called. They kept, well stole, our money anyway. Shame on them.

The environment and staff were super friendly and accommodating .Very polite and welcoming.
