Great hotel but not for spa
Pros:

The room and bathroom facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and choice of different pillows were available.
We were also especially impressed with the bar and service was available throughout the night serviced by the delightful night manager.
Excellent location, close to station(s) and key tourist attractions.

Cons:

Booked hotel due to spa (steam, sauna) facilities but you have to book an appointment in advance and only informed on arrival to which there was no suitable availability on that day. On booking the spa the following day which is only available from the afternoon, the steam and sauna had not been turned on, so had to wait over 30 minutes and so was very disappointed not being able to enjoy the spa facilities.

The window was locked only in one side, other side cannot be locked and i was in first floor.

An extraordinary hotel in Paris (Maillport)
Pros:

The service during breakfast was excellent; I particularly enjoyed the conversation and service provided by our waiter, Rahul. He is an incredibly hospitable person.
