Very comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

As soon as you arrive, even if you self park the valets are really helpful to make sure guests aren’t blocking the entrance. They were very friendly as well. John, at the front desk was multitasking but was still paying close attention to me and another guest, which was efficient.

Cons:

Our room, 504, the shower drained very slowly. So slow, in fact, we were worried it might flood. Major concern.

The location right in the heart of Buckhead was great. The breakfast was done well, very upscale. Our room was spectacular!!

Cons:

There was a leak in the hallway from the ceiling on the sixteenth floor, a bit of a safety hazard. We reported it though.
We got messages from Hilton Honors or possibly Booking.dot com or Embassy Suites. It's hard to tell from who. But some entity sent a message saying there was a shuttle that would take you anywhere you needed to go within two miles of the hotel that shuttle has been finished years ago. We were told the valet parking was $45 dollars, it was actually $55.
