They was trying to charge me extra for the room stating that their rooms never go for the rate booking charged me waited an hour and a half at the front desk because they were refusing to give me a room I had to call booking several times I wait to manager came and confirmed my room was the rate I paid plus there is a 200 dollar security deposit that’s not listed on booking but it has to be paid at arrival
I enjoyed my stay, had tons of fun and indulged in the complimentary food/drinks, access to the gym, and the outstanding hospitality provided at this hotel.
The pool was closed
The lobby and bar are both very nice and the beds are comfy the elevators were also very quick.
The room layout is not my favorite kinda closed off areas

The location was top tier.
They charged me for valet parking and I parked myself. Also no shower gel in the dispenser and I had to go downstairs to get some.
It was clean.. Bed was very comfortable
Soon as I walked in the bathroom it was hair… Then I asked for towels for 2 days never got them until it was time for me to leave
We are frequent Hilton honors members and we have stayed at quite a few Embassy Suites and this one did not disappoint. We were afforded the luxury of checking in super early and Richard at the front desk was fantastic. He was super friendly and made checking in a breeze. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed cocktail hour and dining in at Ruth Chris. The hotel is conveniently located in the financial district so there were plenty of restaurants to walk and explore. Lenox mall was a short walk as well and it also offered lots if restaurant choices. Thank you Embassy suites for always being our go to choice and for offering exceptional stays.
Unable to access movie networks on tv in sitting area

I would like to report Angel who worked this morning. I called to tell inform her about a dilemma concerning some of my guests having Covid. She was aware I was traveling for my mother's 70th birthday. She was aware we were decorating and having flowers delivered. She said the room was non-refundable. I asked if they needed to come with Covid. She then hung up in my face. Each time I called she would no longer answer. I called from another phone and she answered. She realized it was me and hung up. She ended up canceling my reservation. I NEVER asked for the room to be canceled. I asked what could be done if they could no longer come. I explained I did not want to be out of that kind of money. I came from Houston, Texas. I tried to check in this evening only to be told the reservation had been canceled. Angel should not be able to act in that manner and cancel reservations on her own accord.

Angel's actions are concerning. I am a Hilton's Honor Member and I have stayed here on numerous occasions.
Angel almost ruined a weekend for my mother's 70th birthday.
I would like her unprofessionalism and actions noted and escalated to her manager.

Devon was so so so soooo helpful during our stay. The entire staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful. I would definitely come back again. Also all the gentlemen outside working valet were most helpful!. I parked at a public lot a block away for half the cost of the hotel.
