The front desk staff needs hospitality training. The 'Lady" mentioned that she was new, NO EXCUSE!
Pros:

Happy hour and breakfast staff and busboy were very accomodating.

Cons:

Mattress was too old and needed to be replaced. It took all day to get the room tidyed up as guests were coming at 4 pm.

Ethiopian lady at the check in desk was rude and unfriendly. Printed the wrong statement and was attitudinal (not apologetic) about correcting the # of nights and rates charged to my credit card!

Pros:

The customer service rep was soo nice, the valet people was wonderful. The guy that was cleaning our tables was wonderful. The lady that was cooking the omelets could have been nicer.

Cons:

I really liked everything but they didn’t have regular bacon everyone don’t eat that turkey meat and they had no French toast that was on the menu

About a 7.5. Would have been a 10 if I could have eaten breakfast with better happy Hour food.
Pros:

Professional staff, the room was clean and comfortable, loved the pool, and the aesthetics of the hotel overall. My husband and I LOVED the jazz performers in the atrium area in the evening. The peach beverage during Happy Hour was very good and a nice touch with Georgia being known for its peaches.

Cons:

The flow of the breakfast lines was extremely confusing. No one was sure where to get in line for eggs, buffet, waffles, etc. There seemed to be three separate lines that merged together in a small space. We got out of line three times because we kept being told by other guests, "Oh, this is the waffle line," or "If you want the buffet line, it's on that end." We stay at Embassy Suites in other cities frequently and have never experienced such confusion. Usually, the custom egg station is set apart from the buffet station with waffles included on the buffet line. Countless guests kept wandering back and forth from each line only to be told something different. The egg station was set apart, but no one really knew where to stand in line in such a small area, and we were hungry. Then, food items ran out, and substitutions were brought out that we didn't want (turkey bacon...). Frustrated, we left and went to a nearby Waffle House and had the BEST breakfast. We returned to Waffle House the next day just to avoid a repeat occurrence. Unfortunate, because I love Embassy's breakfast. We checked in Early Friday morning after driving overnight from Virginia and were met with disappointment. We paid too much to for this hotel to end up at Waffle House. I know Beyonce was in town and the hotel was booked, but having a staff member present to direct guests could prevent any uncertainty in the future. In addition, please be prepared to have enough bacon and other items when you know that a mega star like Beyonce is in town. Not everyone is a fan of turkey bacon... The food provided during happy Hour was hit or miss. Please replace the Goldfish with Cheese and crackers. Embassy usually serves, fruit, cheese, crackers, salsa, and chips. Hummus is okay, cheese is usually present among the Happy Hour options.

Was there fo a wedding and it was adequate
Pros:

Room, location, breakfast and front desk staff

Cons:

Shampoo was out and the TV was not clear and unwatchable. When I reported it - I was told that it would clear up but it never did. Noone came to the room to try and fix it. Very disappointing.

Very bad check in experience and rude staff made our stay unpleasant and unwelcoming .. never going back there again .. Booking.com customer service was great though they helped resolve the issue
