This was a prime location for all of the activities we wanted to do. They also provided breakfast which helped with additional costs. The belt parking was pricey that belt staff was friendly and delivered the car on time.
The original room we were given needed a lot of maintenance and they knew. Maintenance had to come several times to the room, to “fix” the A.C. To fix the shower ect. Eventually because we wouldn’t be guaranteed a refund even a partial one. We asked them to change our room. But prior to this when we complained it was stated there was no manager on staff on the weekends. That’s fine everyone deserves time off. But when we asked who was in charge in place of the manager we were told no one… then when my husband complained again the staff were mocking him and laughing ( not to his face this was something I witnessed).
Open concept as always with Embassy.
Tight parking and then learning day of arrival $38 for parking. Strange. Chose an “accessible” room. Brought my husband who is an amputee.. Room 528. How would you expect him to shower? No stool in the bathroom to be utilized for the shower or to be placed next too for him to get in there. The showerhead does not have a latch to be held up and it is busted on the side. Need to fix these things. Imagine this being your loved one.. parent, grandparent, husband, whomever.. luckily I was with him. ADA compliant please.
Nothing !!
Everything! Took 3 hours to give us our room keys, our room was okay but the bathroom was horrible. Smelled like poop from the time we walked in til the time we left! The shower filled up really fast as we were showering!
The breakfast was decent for being included. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room did not feel clean. Shower had mold and the bathroom smelled like sewage - no fan in the bathroom either so no way to air anything out. We requested a crib for our 7mo old daughter, they brought up the dirtiest stained pack and play which we had to set up ourselves…. Fine but I’m so glad I brought my own sheets for her because it looked so dirty. At that point just don’t say you offer cribs. Requested extra blankets, had to ask multiple times before they came (days later). Also one of the evenings we were there it was a very busy check in night and multiple parties said the rooms they checked into already had people staying in them - thankfully didn’t impact us but I was very afraid someone was going to be given a key to walk into our room that night. The hotel is also very loud and echoing while in your room since all the doors are open to the lobby area.
Breakfast was excellent. Thought the room was going to be bigger, but it was comfortable.
Parking was expensive with no other option except valet.
Nothing about this location was okay
Air conditioning in the room did not work, set thermostat to 71 and by morning room.was reading 77. Staff seemed like they could care less about anyone. When it started raining, it sounded like the rain was inside the walls because of the downspouts, water was brown when you first turned on the faucet, finding more than 1 outlet in our room was like a scavanger hunt. The parking situation was ridiculous, the parking garage was under the hotel, which you needed a code for, which you didn't get unless you have already checked in, then you had to deal with 2: 90 degree turns, while going down, with concrete pillar on one side, a wall on the other side and 6 inch high curbs. I will not being staying at this location ever again.
It was nice on the outside. Valet was fast and efficient.
When we arrived for check in, there was only one representative and the line was extremely long. We were told after waiting for some time that the system was down and they weren’t checking anyone in at the moment. We left for some hours and came back to the same predicament. We were given a room and when we got there someone else was already in the room. We had to go back down and get in line and were given another room. The tub didn’t drain well. Three times we had people come to our room either because they were given our room or were in the wrong place. There was a pungent smell in the bathroom. This is not what I would expect from Embassy Suites.
I loved the full breakfast buffet—it had a great variety of options, and everything was delicious. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The sewer smell in the bathroom was absolutely horrible and made the entire room very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had already booked the stay for the weekend, so I had no choice but to remain there despite the unpleasant odor.
Lovely big room, great location, comfy beds.
Bathroom needs updating
The location is very nice and convenient to Lenox mall, Truist Park, and numerous other attractions in Atlanta.
There was a power surge the day before we arrived and our air conditioning unit was not working properly.
Restaurant on site
The pool was really small
